Welcome to 'Oysters Rockefeller'!
This unit has all the amenities of a home but the location that can't be beat of the Beach Club/WaterColor Inn - with access to the same amenities including the Beach Club (wristbands for access included with your stay), Camp WaterColor, 7 more pools, tennis courts, walking trails and more!
No parking in WaterColor? Also not a problem at this location as there is a free lot adjacent to the building just for owners and guests of these units!
From top-of-the-line appliances, 12' ceilings, Gulf views, TWO separate porches one with a porch swing, to the gorgeous coastal decor and open floor plan perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped unit is the perfect spot for memories to be made!
This GORGEOUS condo is situated in the Beach District of the WaterColor community, making for unrivaled access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)!
The gourmet kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area + a spacious living area with doors that open on to the porch. This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

We do have a pack n play if needed.
*If you're traveling with a group and need more space, we also manage an additional condo in this building (WaterColor Sunrise- Condo #204, 3 bedrooms), allowing you to stay close together while still enjoying some privacy. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

WaterColor was named the #1 family vacation destination in the US, and was also recently on the cover of Southern Living magazine! WaterColor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods on all of 30A! This charming neighborhood of the 'Emerald Coast' along the Gulf of Mexico is known for its white sand beaches and Caribbean-like waters, casual-Southern vibe, beautiful coastal dunes, great water-front dining options, and friendly people. It is a 500 acre community with award winning tennis facilities, and acres of parks + gardens + fountains + pathways throughout!
Conveniently located right next to the town center of Seaside (walking distance) and Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, this neighborhood of charming coastal homes and mature tree-shaded streets is the place to be!
Nestled in WaterColor’s residential area, the WaterColor BoatHouse sits on the Western Lake, a coastal dune lake, and is where you go for water adventure rentals and experiences of all types! Rent kayaks, SUP boards, canoes and more! They have lesson, tours, workout classes and fun experiences for all ages!
Guests will have access included with their reservation to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Guests will also have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Other things to note
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
Please let us know if you don't wish to have access to Camp Water Color and/or the WaterColor Beach Club.
In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
