Convenient Location

Everything was great, views are beautiful and host is very responsive and attentive! My only issue was the electricity went out all day on New Year’s Eve and there was no generator or back up solars as per locals it’s a common problem in the island since Hurricane Maria. That was the only day that was a bit harsh for us, we ended up staying at family’s house that day because they had solars to accommodate for when the electricity goes. Other than that the home is very clean and well kept and the view is breathtaking!

Best family vacation spot

My family and I spent a little over a week here. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and everything we could has asked for. Edwin was an amazing host and checked in with me to make sure everything was running smoothly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great sunsets….great pool

Loved our stay. Condo was really clean. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC kept us comfortable inside. But, we spent most of our time on the balcony. Views were incredible and sunsets magnificent. Beautiful pool area. And the friendliest people..owners and guests…we have encountered in our travels.

A wonderful slice of paradise!

Great location...beautiful view...nice pool...close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and more. Had everything that one could possibly ask for in a rental... plus more! Beach gear supplied, nice air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and so on and so on. The host, Edwin, was gracious and kind, responded quickly to our every need. If we are ever back in Puerto Rico we would stay there again without hesitation.

The location is lovely. Edwin is very responsive. We were short on some supplies but he responded promptly. The space is adequate. We had 3 adults and it easily will accommodate 2 couples. Very spacious, lovely view, nice pool! Hope to return.

So glad we chose this dpot

The ocean view off is the balcony is beautiful. The unit is clean, safe, and spacious enough for 6 of us. All appliances, electronics, air, washer, dryer, water heater, everything worked great. Property manager is responsive. The pool is beautiful with a great spot to eat poolside while enjoying the view. Loved Aguadilla, so much to do and see on the west side of the island. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Condo was very clean and ready when we arrived. The condo is very safe and in a gated facility with security guards. The overall facility is well maintained, quiet and in good order. The pool and views from balcony rate as excellent. The condo itself was average and in need of some upgrades especially in bathrooms and kitchen. Typical for a vacation rental. You will need a car to get around. Jobo beach which is about 20 minutes away was our favorite. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely consider a return in the future.

Great Place, Great Price, Great Owner

Three friends stayed in this beautiful place overlooking Crashboat Beach. It was comfy, spacious (2 BR and sofa bed in living room served as a bedroom), and had all the necessities for a wonderful getaway. It amounted to about $50/night for each of us with full kitchen, dining room and bedrooms, and a a great little patio facing the water to watch the sunset or just enjoy... The infinity pool is quite impressive- breezy in the hot sun and very refreshing. The apartment is located right off rte 107 and close to rte 2- so easy to go and do things. It is VERY SAFE with guards; located in gated area. Most surprisingly, the owner was incredibly responsive to questions about the place (they didn't have a hairdryer and it was brought to us right away, among other things like lost directions, etc.). Washer and dryer work well. And to top it all off-all the deposit returned so no surprises there. Must rate a 5 star or above!!

Wonderful condo

My fiancé and I stayed for a week and loved it. The property is very well maintained and gated (I'm not sure it's necessary as the neighborhood around it is also very nice) which makes you feel very safe and secure. Both pools in the complex were very meticulously maintained as well. The hot tub wasn't working while we were there. It would have been nice to use, but with the pools on site and Crash Boat beach so close (5 minute drive) it wasn't a big deal. The condo was fantastic with everything we needed. The kitchen was practical and had everything we needed short of the food to prepare meals in if we didn't want to go out to eat. We had access to wifi and a very nice, large television in the living room to stream Netflix (or whatever) in the evenings. The property manager met us at check in with a few extras (extra toilet paper and soap) to make sure we were well appointed for our stay. There were plenty of beach and bath towels and a washer and dryer in the unit that were very easy to use. There were only two of us, but with the extra bedroom and bathroom this unit would very, very comfortably accommodate four people. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nightmare vacation, worse Facility - roach infested, unsafe and dirty

I have been to this location before and loved Puerta Del Mar In Aguadilla. I decided to travel with my 7yr old to bring in the new year with my family who reside in PR. 1- a three hour delay check in. 2- it was not clean (dirty microwave with rice crumbs, windows dirty, patio dirty, dust accumulation on bedroom furniture, floors dirty throughout especially in bedroom and bathrooms) roach infested , unsafe electrical outlet was unable to turn air conditioner on in bedroom for 24 hrs until it was repaired it was sparking. The television was unable to be heard unless you were sitting directly in front of it, if you hit the remote to turn off a bedroom light or ceiling fan it would also activate the same in the other bedroom . The owner/ manager was contacted since the first day of arrival and each day afterwards . I told him that they had left a roach spray on the kitchen counter and it was empty , he never cared enough to send another or address the infestation of roaches. My 7 yr old was upset each day afraid to enter the kitchen because of the roaches. I have video and photos of my complaint and expressed my disappointment to The company and the owner. I submitted 36 attachments it was a total of (17) complaints to The company of my evidence photos , videos and the texts between the owner and myself . I am still waiting on a response. The date of incident 12-28-22 thru 1-3-23. This place was a true nightmare, I was embarrassed to even have my family over, my daughter was traumatized. THIS IS NOT THE OASIS AS DEPICTED AND DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN.

A piece of Heaven

The property has one of the best views of the Island. The apartment is close to restaurants and grocery stores, the beds are comfortable but small for me I believe they are Full. It must be my big King bed and me at home. Everything works fine, no complaints—new watcher and dryer. AC works fine, and hot water is in demand. Crash Boat is less than a mile. Beautiful place.
