Due to our pools, parking garage, and other amenities still down from the hurricane we've slashed our prices! You can enjoy this sparkling clean, 5th floor stylish studio apt that faces the city and sits right smack dab on the beach, at a price that wont break the bank! We make sure you have all the comforts of home. A comfy pillowtop mattress, thick all cotton comforters, high tc sheets, thick fluffy towels. The unit comes complete with stovetop, dishes, pans, toaster and other small appliances and beach toys.
The elevator is just down the hall to reach the beach. You do still have to walk around the side of the building to get to it.
We have added a small portable grill with utensils that you can take with you so no more drooling over everyone's else's goodies! Just dont forget to get some charcoal. (please do not use in unit!).
Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels are all provided.

Our amenities may be down but we provide you with plenty of entertainment options for when you aren't on the beach having fun! We offer cable tv with some free pay channels, wifi, board games, and books. Great location on the nicer end of the strip across from a great plaza with Marshalls, Publix, Walgreens among others for all your shopping needs and numerous dining options.

PLEASE READ! Pools and all other amenities are CLOSED and some aspects of the building are still in disrepair from the last hurricane.
Due to structural issues in our parking garage we are temporarily having to rent parking that is a distance away. You can pick up a map at the desk on where it is. I suggest unloading at the door before parking.
My very low price reflects all of these inconveniences.

Perfect getaway celebrating moms birthday

I really enjoyed myself at this property. Very clean, had everything we needed, and we didn’t even have to leave the property to have fun. There are 3 pools, hot tubs, and a sauna and we took advantage of everything, including the beach that’s right there. I love the location. It gives a nice feeling for family fun. 2 miles up is Daytona Boardwalk but that was not for us. Everything we needed was at the property or across the street.. We had a blast making me memories with my mom. I’m hoping to go back again but this time with my husband and grandson!

I rented through Travelocity and got a confirmation. I did not know that Travelocity will send my request to VRBO. I expected a hotel (Resort) and got a rental apartment. Travelocity advertised it with a balcony facing the beach. (NOT WHAT I GOT). The apartment was clean but everything in the building was closed or condemned. We had to walk all around the building to go and return from the beach. The advertisement showed a pool, restaurant, bar, etc. everything was closed. By far, the worst experience I ever had renting a place at the beach. Travelocity just lost me as a customer!!

Daytona Beach

The property was clean and modern and well stocked.Some of Daytona is a bit dated and could use a bath but the cleanliness and location of the unit makes up for it. Property owner gets A1 rating as a couple of uncontrollable occurrences cussed some shuffling around but the comminication was excellent.

It is so beautiful and offers more amenities than most places.. /Unfortunatly bad ole hurricane Nicole swept through and took many out but we hope to have them all back open, even better than before asap. Its in a great location, much cleaner than other parts of the city with a shopping center across the street that has Publix, Marshalls, Walgreens and other stores as well as great restaurants.
