On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming bedroom equipped with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 more people, which can be transformed into two single beds if needed. You'll also have a bathroom, a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals.

Upstairs, a spacious living room/playroom awaits you. You'll also appreciate your private bathroom, complete with a bathtub, a shower, a bidet, and a toilet.

The lush garden invites you to relax with a dining table for 4 people, perfect for outdoor meals, as well as two lounge chairs to soak up the sun.

Additionally, you'll have access to a private garage for one car, ensuring the safety of your vehicle.

Our home is a haven of peace, ideally located just 25 minutes from Paris and around ten kilometers from the majestic Versailles Palace and Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Close to the prestigious Saint-Nom-la-Bretêche golf course, you will find absolute calm, perfect for relaxation and serenity. In this enchanting setting, enjoy a picturesque village offering a multitude of sports and recreational activities just a 3-minute walk away: football field, basketball court, children's playground, and more.
