Built in a typically Caribbean style with its colonial architecture, the Cannelle studio is located at the heart of the Manganao residence in Saint-François, Grande-Terre. The seafront residence offers direct access to a beautiful private beach with a 1000 m² swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols and straw huts. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, dining area and ceiling fan
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine
- The studio is equipped with a 300-litre buffer tank to make up for the frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe.

Exterior:
- 5-hectare tropical garden
- A shared 1000m² swimming pool facing the beach (unheated) open from 8am to 7pm all year round (opening dates non-contractual). The pool and private sun loungers are accessible using yellow wristbands provided by the guest.
- A 3 m² balcony with a table and two armchairs to enjoy the sunny days.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot, free of charge.
The residence is secured by a gate open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., making access to the parking lot impossible outside these hours. However, access on foot is possible outside these hours.
