When you close your eyes and think, "mountain cabin", this is what fills your vision! Be blown away by the big windows, warm sunlight, and expansive views of Mt. Sherman and the surrounding range.

This gem of a mountain cabin is located just close enough to all the fun things that the Colorado mountains and Pike National Forest have to offer, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of big city lights and sounds.

This cabin is our family cabin and has been a perfect setting for tons of family fun, lots of sleepovers, and your ideal mountain getaways. It's the quintessential backdrop for your mountain escape and we are certain that you will make loads of memories at the place we affectionately call "Cabin 322."

The main floor features a full kitchen and dining area. The oversized, family-style table is great for hours of games, puzzles, or crafty handiwork. An open floorplan grants you access from the kitchen/dining area to the family room's comfy, overstuffed furniture and wood-burning stove. Best of all, enjoy the light and bright, large windows from this main level. We invite you to simply sit and watch the hummingbirds, marvel at a storm rolling in over the mountains, or giggle at the playful antics of our neighborhood squirrels and chipmunks, as they frequent the large deck. You might find yourself cozied up with a great book, or just sipping a warm drink in this awesome, all-purpose room. There's a queen-sized pullout in the family room couch, so some lucky guest can wake up to that gorgeous panoramic view!

The main level also features the master bedroom which is appointed with a king bed as well as a double corduroy. Just unstuff that massive beanbag for a kiddo's favorite place to build a nest and sleep like a dream. There's a full bath located off of the master bedroom.

Just across the hall from the master bedroom is a guest room and an additional full bath. The guest room's got a queen pillowtop mattress that we hear is the most comfortable bed in the whole house!

And now for downstairs! Your kiddos will love snuggling up in the bunk room. With a triple bunk (full over queen) as well as a full trundle, there's plenty of cozy spots to settle in. Add an additional twin bed to that mix and you've got a recipe for lots of giggles and happy sleepers. The lower level is also home to a bonus room featuring an extra-large sectional as well as an additional twin mattress. You can also find a full bath, garage access, and the utility room on the lower level.

Cabin 322 is located on the beautiful and majestic sunny side of a lovely community called Valley of the Sun. This is truly a perfect location! From Cabin 322, you can travel just 25 minutes to Breckenridge for world-class skiing, quaint mountain-town shopping, and a whole host of four-season activities. You can also hit the road just 40 minutes to the south and visit Buena Vista, the hot springs, and excellent restaurants. Where ever you choose to wander, enjoy endless, all-level hiking trails, some amazing fishing, and trail access to Mt. Sherman as well as several 13'ers . . . all within just minutes!

Located at 11,200 feet, you'll travel a winding road to get to Cabin 322. It's lined with aspens and, in the fall, and their color will take your breath away. Keep your eyes peeled for moose in the marshy areas as well as other abundant wildlife including bear, elk, and deer. Watch for fox, coyote, large and small mountain cats and a whole varitey of small animals like squirrels and chipmunks. If you're a birdwatcher, you'll love watching the Steller's jays, grey jays, & the crazy antics of the migratory hummingbirds.

** Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. No exceptions. If found violating this policy, a $400 Deep Cleaning Fee will be applied, your reservation will be immediately canceled, and no refund will be given.

** No open fires or flames are permitted anywhere on the property, at any time. There are both state and county regulations protecting our beautiful community from wildfires, which have historically ravaged large portions of Colorado's natural forest land. In the interest of everyone's safety, we appreciate you adhering strictly to this regulation. If found violating this policy, a $400 Open Fire Violation Fee will be applied, your reservation will immediately be canceled, and no refund will be given.

** No smoking (tobacco or marijuana) anywhere on the property. No smoking inside. No smoking outside. No smoking on the deck. No smoking. If found violating this policy, a $400 Smoking Violation Fee will be applied, your reservation will immediately be canceled, and no refund will be given.

** Cabin 322 has both inside and outside security cameras. During your stay, the inside cameras are off, however outside cameras remain on at all times. Disabling or tampering with security cameras will result in a $400 Violation Fee, and immediate cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be given.
