It is equipped with a super-fast fiber-optic WIFI and a Minut Noise Monitor. It has a built-in water filter system to fill up your water bottles with fresh & yummy water.

Our unit is not for parties and loud music. If you want to come down to Belmont Shores to party and crank the music, this unit is not for you. Our fantastic place is for large families or a bunch of friends wanting to hang out and have an amazing time in this fantastic neighborhood and duplex.
Our unit has the Minut decimal and motion monitoring system to avoid anyone throwing a party in the unit. If a party with loud music and more than 6 guests are in the unit, the Minut decimal monitoring system will detect it. (No video or Audio, of course, with this system. It monitors decimal noise and motion to detect the number of people in the unit)
Quiet hours in the neighborhood from 10pm to 7am. Our Minut system helps us make sure there is not a party going in the unit. It is an automatic system that will send you a text and/or phone call if you are over a 75 decibel limit of more than 10 minutes between the hours of 10pm to 7am.
We kindly request your attention to a particular aspect of our property. Our space may not be suitable for young children who are prone to running around indoors or in hallways.
While we certainly welcome families, we feel it's essential to highlight that our property may have certain features or limitations that could pose safety concerns for energetic youngsters.
