Satisfied

I love the property. It was in a great location and loved the view. It’s a really spacious place. I love the fact that it was really clean. I will say that I could not get service to talk on the phone in the house. I would always have to step on the balcony. My Internet worked inside, but my phone calls would always drop.. which wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I loved it and I would definitely book again.

Great stay in a nice new clean property!

House was spotless, comfortable and great for my family of 7. Had a baby travel bed and high chair. There wasn’t a vacuum tho to vacuum the carpets, but managed to used the broom to clean up a goldfish cracker spill. The bathrooms can use more towel hooks. Otherwise it is a very nice property and very nicely priced. Nice smart tvs in all the rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and will def book again.

Perfect for our needs

The space was great, the property was very clean and easy to access! The kitchen has the basic necessities for what we needed but do not expect to cook a gourmet meal. Have a washer/dryer on site was so convenient. The pool area was easy to access and perfect for the end of a busy day. Would highly recommend and would rebook if we revisit the area again!

Great Condo!

The condo is just as pictured. We were in town for a tournament at OCC. It was a 30 min drive. The tvs are nice, great internet and all of the furniture was comfortable. The water park is nice, it does get crowded so go early if you want a tube for the lazy river! We could have used more towels. One person plus a pool towel…I did not want to do laundry every few days. I suggest bringing your own beach towels. We will certainly book again in the future.

Great Location- Family Friendly

The place was super clean and exactly as described. Pool is heated- which was great for our December stay. Maybe 15 minutes from the parks. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Very clean unit

This condo was clean and exactly what we needed for our family for the week. This neighborhood offers great amenities for our children and is definitely a return property!! The check-in process at the neighborhood is a nightmare, so just plan for an hour in the line outside to get your parking pass the first day in.

Great Condo!!

Overall, the property was clean and just as advertised. The space was perfect for our family of 4, and the kids loved the onsite water activities with the pool and lazy river. The one feedback I would provide is the patio needs serious pressure cleaning. There are lots of bugs to the point where we did not enjoy the patio area.

Nice setup but..

Im going to start with the positives: Location is great. Close to many food stores, close to disney and universal and airport. Grounds are nice. Pool and waterslides were great for the kids. Condo was nice and spacious. Bunk beds were loved by the kids and their own tv in the room was a plus! Less good: Missing a few things in the condo to make it functional. Kids under 7yr old cant reach the faucet, you need a stepping stool. I didn’t know brooms still existed, invest in a little hand held vacuum because kids are messy. Balcony needs to be cleaned of all the spider webs, bitting ants and dust, in order to be usable. The bad: We checked in very late at night. Quickly realized we couldn’t lock the patio door (since its a ground unit with direct access, its not safe) we called the maintenance and they told us its NOT an emergency. Uhm.. i have 2 young kids with me in a foreign country and not being able to lock the door is not acceptable. I had to fight with the admin for them to tell me « we’ll get back to you ». Its now midnight and still no call back. After 7-8 tries we realized you need to yank the door many times in order for it to lock. So we did and never opened it again. That patio door needs to be fixed and so is the protocol for the emergency maintenance policy!! Woke up to the ac unit not working anymore and a nice river in the hallway. Had to delay our day at Epcot to wait for maintenance. If you have traveled to orlando to do the parks you know how precious even just a few hours is… So overall it was good, but not great.

Property is just as it looks online! Very nice, clean and comfortable. This property was perfect for my husband and I get away. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

End of family Disney Vacation

We booked this condo afor the end of our Disney vacation to relax before our drive back to Atl. It was clean and convenient to grocery. The pool area with waterslide was a big selling point so the kids could play. However, the pool shown in the pictures was not as convenient. It was a short drive to the next community. Parking was tight depending on time of day as it gets crowded from the multiple communities that share it. We had an issue with the sliding doors to the patio being difficult to lock once opened. We would of enjoyed sitting on the patio but the gnats were too much. Need bug spray to enjoy. Overall it was a nice/clean condo. Pictures are a bit misleading about waterpark.

Excellent all around!

Very rarely does the reality of what you get resemble the pictures EXACTLY. This was one of those rare times. Location is great, resort is very peaceful while still having plenty of options of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The properly was spotless. We are already looking to reserve our next stay at the same locations.
