Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this charming two-room apartment is made of parquet floors and old tiles in a beautiful building. It includes:
- A sleeping area with a double bed;
- A fully equipped American kitchen;
- A functional bathroom;
- A dining area with a table and chairs;
- A comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and luminosity.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave, an oven, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

- Overlooking a courtyard and a wooded garden that will protect you from the great heat in summer.
- Close to metro stations "Place Monge" and "Jussieu" on the lines 7 and 10.

## Emplacement
The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very heterogeneous: it includes of course the Latin Quarter, and is therefore home to a very large student population, but also the Panthéon and its Rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman vestiges that make it an extremely touristy area.
The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student district, one of the oldest in Paris. Its name probably comes from the fact that, in the university sector, teaching was taught in Latin.
