Hampton beach house

Great location and house for our trip to the beach. 2 blocks to the beach and it was a great home base for our trip to the new englad area! Would definitely come again.

Annual tradition.

NOTHING beats this property and location in Hampton Beach. As someone who comes from out of town in the fall every year for the last 8 years, when we found Beth's place, we knew we would never stay in another property and Have stayed now, three years in a row! The rooftop balcony is absolutely beautiful for early morning, coffee and yoga and relaxing at night with friends. The multiple levels make it easy for a restful night of sleep and spacious living and dining room is a great place to congregate for each meal.

End of Summer Stay

This home is a perfect place for a weekend or a full week! It is clean, bright and has plenty of room for all 3 generations (grandma’s, our daughter’s and granddaughters) to make wonderful memories in! The rooftop deck is perfect for watching the fireworks, enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach which is only a hop jump and skip away! Beth is a Lovely host with great communication! We give this rental 5 stars plus! Thank you for sharing your lovely home. From the 3 grandma’s from Western MA!

Beach Bach Bachelorette Weekend

We had 8 girls stay here for a bachelorette weekend get away. The upstairs living and dining room was great. There was plenty of space for us to hang out, play games and celebrate. The beds were clean and comfortable. A great feature was that every room had AC. We also loved that it was short walk to the beach and downtown so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The street the house is on is also very quiet which was a plus. Highly recommend!

Girls Get Away

The duplex was amazing!! Everything we could possibly need was available..located just a couple houses up from the beach. The only issue that could maybe be an issue (it wasnt for us), were all the stairs. You enter on the 2 bedroom level, 2 more great bedrooms down stairs, kitchen /living room level was up on 2nd floor and amazing rooftop deck was up another flight. HIGHLY recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Even better in person!

My girlfriends and I had the best time celebrating a 50th birthday! The house was even nicer in person than online. We had crazy unexpected weather in October and were grateful for the heat pumps in nearly every room to cool us down. The rooftop deck was incredible for evening sunsets and morning coffee. The beach is at the end of the road and was just beautiful. Beth was so easy to communicate with and made herself very available. She was very specific with instructions and where everything was located. So appreciated! We are definitely coming back!

Great place…Great Weekend!

3 families, 3 generations! This house was just perfect for us. The house was super clean and comfortable. It had the perfect bedroom setup to accommodate, grandmas, daughters and granddaughters! We loved the rooftop deck…it had plenty of comfortable seating and you can see the fireworks perfectly from there. We loved the location in a quiet part of Hampton Beach, just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning next year!

Happy Hampton

We had a great week! The house was perfect for our large family with two babies. We loved all the space. The living room and kitchen were great for family games and dinners. We appreciated the AC and washer & dryer so much! It was nice to have tinfoil, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent...so many things stocked. I communicated with the property manager frequently and she was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Hampton Family Time

This was "as advertised"... Very clean...Very close to the beach and far enough away from the busy and noisy area of Hampton Beach. We call it "one stop shopping" ...Once you arrive, everything is nearby. (Shopping, food and arcades for the kids...) The upper deck is Fabulous!! Spent mornings for breakfast and afternoons for happy hour. We can't wait for another family time visit...Thank you to Beth and Brian...

Beautiful Property!

Such a wonderful place to stay. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes. The deck was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Annual Mother’s Day Trip at the Beach

Every year my mother, sisters and nieces go away near Mother’s Day. We try a different place every year. This house was so perfect for us that we will be back!! The roof deck is fantastic! It is so big and there is room to fit everyone. The whole place was so clean and so spacious. More than enough room for everyone. A tiny walk to the beach and far enough away from the center to not hear the noise. Still close enough to walk to. We were all so happy there. We will be sure to be back. The property manager was so friendly and so quick to respond to any questions I had. I recommend this rental to anyone who wants a restful, fun, and enjoyable stay at the beach.

Lovely place close to the beach!

We had a large group with a baby for a birthday weekend. The place was excellent, 3 floors so we had room to spread out with the baby. Extremely clean, comfy beds, large open kitchen/living area, and an AMAZING roof deck!!! Only downfall was the weather while we were there, we wanted to spend more time on the roof deck! Definitely a great place with walking distance to the beach!

From the get-go, our booking this place for our annual family October weekend was stress-free. The host is quick to respond, and flexible with requests. Our favorite aspect for staying at this lovely place was its proximity to the town/beach, but enough distance to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep without interruption from the town’s typical weekend bar/street noise. We’ll be back!
