The Wi-Fi is relayed throughout the apartment, you will stay connected wherever you are. All rooms are equipped with new smart televisions.

Nothing useless is at your disposal, everything is studied to allow you to feel at home without missing anything, from the toaster to the oven, through the refrigerator and the microwave. Neat decoration, relaxing and restful atmosphere. Without forgetting that this apartment is equipped with its private inverter connected to 4 new, latest generation batteries. For you, no power cut possible you will keep light, an internet connection, the ceiling fans and most electrical outlets. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

It is forbidden to come with speakers and listen to loud music. From 10 p.m. all noise must be stopped in order to respect everyone's rest.
