Important asset - The residence is equipped with a generator which takes over during general power cuts in the village to compensate for the rare power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general. Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels.

Not included: Your electricity consumption is at your expense during your stay. We check the meter upon arrival and departure. You will only be billed for your consumption in kilowatts at the current legal rate in the locality. This sum is charged in cash on the day you leave the house.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

It is forbidden to come with speakers and listen to loud music. From 10 p.m. all noise must be stopped to respect everyone's rest.
