With its tall windows and elegant decor, this fifth-floor condo at Bahia will bring a wonderful sense of style to your next Miramar Beach getaway. Not only will you have access to a resort swimming pool and hot tub, you'll be welcomed home each day by a beautiful balcony with a view of the grounds.
As you step inside this air-conditioned space, the first thing you'll notice is how the light floods in through floor-to-ceiling windows. The decor is wonderfully neutral, calming, and understated, with the great room bringing together the sitting area, the dining area, and the kitchen in one open space. The kitchen has black appliances including a dishwasher and a breakfast bar for two; the adjacent circular dining table seats four people for home-cooked meals.
After a day spent on the white sand of Miramar Beach or on the pool deck downstairs, you can leave your swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer, use the free WiFi to share a few photos, and spend golden hour outside on the balcony, which is accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. You'll also have your choice of TVs for movie night, with one in the living area and one in the bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
