Right on the water with majestic sunset views! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has DUAL KING BEDS, charming bunkbed alcove, daybed and sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests. Our beautiful home away from home has been lovingly cared for and decorated in upscale modern beach decor ( this isn't your granny's 1980's beach condo!).

Comfortable and stylish furnishings are updated continually - we love our condo and it shows! 55" smart Tv for your netflix & more. WI-FI throughout. Gather around our central island for a shrimp-boil with family and friends, additional bar seating too (8 swivel bar seats-- adjustable height). Kids adore the "secret" bunk bed alcove! Charming pottery barn daybed near the bunk alcove is a lovely place to curl up with a book or music. 2 fabulous bedrooms- Master and a Junior master-- BOTH with KING BEDS!

Gulf front Master with balcony access has large private attached bath with dual head shower and walk in closet! Junior master has private access to the shared guest bath with tub/shower enclosure. Terrific open kitchen with granite counters, ready to cook ( or order in! ) with all the appliances/dishes/cookware provided.

Spacious laundry room is so handy at the beach- great place to drop those beach bags, towels and swimsuits each day.

Begin each morning with coffee on the balcony watching the dolphin, rays and other sea-creatures. Each evening is a true celebration with soul-stirring sunsets. You may decide not to leave the balcony the entire day-- its a heavenly location!

Nice rental. Defiantly had an abundance of soap, paper products and kitchen essentials unit was clean enough but housekeeping may need to pay more attention to details. The oven had a disposable spill liner that was loaded with drippings and made the smoke detector go off. Had to clean that myself and use the vent to keep the smoke detector from alarming. All in all great condo and location. Would stay here again.

Amazing Condo!! Perfect views and location!

We were impressed from the moment we walked in! The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds! The balcony was perfect with beautiful views and extremely comfortable chairs! This condo was the cleanest place we've stayed in PCB and we've been coming every year since 2011. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. We LOVED every second of our vacation and we can't wait to come back!

Very clean and up to date condo!

This condo had pretty much everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay as far as dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Great ocean view from the 11th floor. Condo owners were fabulous as far as communication. Any questions or concerns, they were always quick to respond. I only gave it a 3 star for location because there were 11 families all from the same school for spring break with our teenagers and there wasn’t really much for them to do in the area we stayed. Which could be a good thing because it kept them out of trouble and I’m pretty sure they all still had fun. Us adults loved that we could walk to Patches or Schooners and not have to worry about driving. Nice pool area. They even had a little store/restaurant (take out only) that you could order food and get drinks along with souvenirs, sunscreen or anything you may have forgotten to bring with you. Always sad when our vacations come to an end as we are from Michigan and have to go back to the cold. Definitely loved the white sandy beach and sunshine!

Awesome Place with amazing location/view.

Completed all the online line forms, made the process simple. Office staff very helpful. Balcony view was gorgeous, the sunsets every night with waves hitting the beach. Could not get enough pictures of it. Water was so beautiful. Will definitely be back for more.

Our home away from home

We love this condo!!!!!As a retired couple, we have stayed in 1105 Treasure Island for the past 3 years for the month of February, hoping to continue for years to come! The condo overlooks the beautiful Emerald Coast and I am totally content just sitting on the comfortable balcony with my coffee, listening to and watching the waves. The bedrooms are spacious with the most comfortable foundations I have found in a condo. A well equipped kitchen has everything you can possibly want if you plan on cooking meals in! Within walking distance is Schooners beachside restaurant. Go for happy hour and don't worry about the drive back. If you watch the shoreline, every once in a while you can see a group of dolphin swimming near the beach. The snow white sandy beaches are some of the cleanest and most beautiful that I have had the pleasure of visiting. Moonlit walks on the beach are the best!!! The condos are situated on the far end of Thomas drive, making it perfect for us Baby Boomers, yet close enough to Front Beach Drive to visit the wonderful restaurants that PCB offers. I want to thank the new owner, Amy, for continuing the hospitality that we have enjoyed in the past. We look forward to being with you again in 2023 for the month of February, to visit with the friends we have made during our stays. Thanks for another wonderful February. Sincerely. J. Pearson

If you are looking for upscale, fully stocked and awesome owners, this unit is for you.

Just returned from my annual Thanksgiving stay at Treasure Island. This is our 2nd year staying in unit 1105. I can’t say enough good things about this unit. So many personal touches. So many items that are stocked in the unit. This is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. We had family members who rented 2 other units. Everyone said we had the best by far! If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

THE VIEW is so amazing it sealed the deal! You can't get closer to the Gulf of Mexico unless you take a ship.

It truly feels like you are on the veranda of the presidential suite on the most luxurious cruise ship ever.
The sunsets are breathtaking! You can see straight down into the emerald green clear waters to the white crystal sand.

The marine life is spectacular! Spot pods of Dolphin jumping along the coastline just below the balcony, stingrays and giant schools of fish--- it's a fabulous experience.

This property stands out from the crowd with not only a full and direct view of the Gulf but a slight cast to the building, by a very intuitive architect, to capture over 20 miles of coastline. Its simply incredible. At night the sky is filled with 1000's of stars and the coastline is lit with twinkling lights as far as the eye can see.

As a mother, I have been back and forth from beach to pool trying to satisfy the younger ones and enjoy my own beach vacation as well. Treasure Island provides a rare opportunity to PLEASE EVERYONE! The pool is slightly elevated and sits right on the beach so you don't have to choose!! From my lounger I can watch kids and enjoy my own gulf breeze. It is heavenly!

A few short blocks or a brief stroll down the beach takes you to St. Andrews Park and nature preserve. There is never a boring view from our Treasure Island Resort Condominium. Just out our front door watch the ships come into the marina! Walk or drive just a few blocks to see the catch of the day when the charter boats come in!

Although nothing can compete with the pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico, our interior has been professionally decorated and filled with high quality furnishings. We have designed it not only for beauty but for comfort as well. Memory foam topped KING BEDS, swivel rockers, adjustable height bar stools and more have been well planned to ensure hours of enjoyment.
