Recently updated, this home provides all the comforts you need for a fantastic beach vacation. Welcome to the Silver Seashell, located in the private and family-friendly gated community known as "The Dunes." Fully equipped with all the essentials, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars, and both the beach and swimming pool are within walking distance. While a car is necessary for exploring other activities, everything you need for a memorable beach vacation is close at hand. Please note that there is one flight of stairs to enter the property, and additional flights of stairs lead to the bedrooms within the house.

As your host, I am available by phone, offering as little or as much interaction as you require throughout your stay.

The Silver Seashell is nestled within The Dunes, a private and gated community. You'll find local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks, just a short drive away.

A car is necessary for getting around, and the property is conveniently located near the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

Please be aware that there is a flight of stairs to enter the home, and once inside, three bedrooms are situated on the second floor, while the main master bedroom is on the third floor.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs). Unfortunately, we do not allow cats, birds, or other animals. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the balconies.
