Recently renovated and equipped with all the essentials, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. With on-site parking available for up to 4 cars, and both the beach and swimming pool within walking distance, everything you need for a memorable beach vacation is at your fingertips.

Please note that there is one set of stairs to access the property, and additional flights of stairs lead to the bedrooms within the house. As your host, I am just a phone call away, ready to provide as much or as little interaction as you desire during your stay.

Nestled within the private and gated community known as "The Dunes," the Silver Seashell offers a convenient location with local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks, just a short drive away. A car is essential for getting around, and the property is conveniently located near the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

Please be aware that there is a flight of stairs to enter the home, and once inside, three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the main master bedroom is on the third floor. The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs). Unfortunately, we do not allow cats, birds, or other animals. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the balconies.
