Only a couple miles from the beach, this beautifully renovated house has 3 full bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The living area is spacious with a full size sofa bed to accommodate extra persons. With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, washer-dryer, & flatscreen TVs in all rooms. Kitchen is fully equip with toaster, coffee maker, blender & all pots and pans making it functional. The house has a beautiful deck with a backyard and a heated pool- perfect for entertaining.
We welcome your pet but must be approved by the owner before booking. A small cleaning fee might be applied. If no pre-approval is taken, money will be deducted from the deposit.

Excellent Accommodations

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and comfortable. The owner was excellent to communicate with and prompt with his response which we appreciated. Lovely location, close to the beach. Pool area was clean and private enclosed with beautiful landscape. We will definitely consider returning for another stay and highly recommend to others!

Look no further!

Can't say enough about this property being the perfect place for a group visiting the area. Convenient to everything and the backyard with the pool makes a great space to hang out as well! Hosts were also great to work with. Would gladly stay here again!

Great Vacation Home

We stayed for 7 days with a group of 7 friends. The house was beautiful and has a wonderful secluded back yard with a nice pool. We were able to walk to the beach and grocery store. Highly recommend.

Great property, our new go to!

What a great property. Exactly like the listing. The host was extremely communicative and friendly throughout our stay. The house was incredibly clean and everything you could need to stay for a short or long term! Great pool that was heated which was a plus! We had a blast and will 100% be back again and again!!

Time well spent.

Property is in a good location in a safe neighborhood. The home is well taken care of and the homeowners are great to work with. They do all that they can to solve any issues and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful Villa

The villa is beautiful and in a great location. We were impressed by how spotless it was, without a doubt the cleanest place we have stayed. The welcome drinks and snacks were much appreciated and communication with the owner was quick and excellent. There were only four of us but it could fit many more without anyone being on top of each other, especially in the huge main room. The beds were very comfy and we had an abundance of towels and all the little extras we needed.

Amazing Stay!

This property exceeded our expectations. From the time we pulled in until the time we pulled out, we were blown away. The house was extremely clean and spotless. The backyard is like an oasis. The house is located in a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants. There was a nice park on the intercoastal that we ran/walked to every day. The host stayed in contact with us to make sure we were having a great experience. She even stocked drinks and snacks for us for when we arrived. We will definitely be back in the future!

A great place

We had a very pleasant time. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Three households travelling together and everyone had their own nice bedroom and bathroom with plenty of storage space. The communication with the owner was great! Both before and during our stay. The pool area is great! The beach, grocery store and restaurants are all withing a short distance. Would absolutely recommend renting this plave if you are in the area.

Great house

The house is nice and clean, the kitchen is well stocked with all the spices we found that was very helpful. We have small children, going out could be tough sometime so we cooked everyday, at least one meal a day. The kitchen was easy to work with, the island table is awesome. the house has 3.5 bathrooms, which is great, we've come to FL for the pass 6 years and this is the only house that we did not have to shop for toilet paper during our stay. The backyard is beautiful and private with ample sitting areas. The pool is great size. The host was easy to work with, she offered us to check in early. Unfortunately our flight got delayed during the trip, we were so exhausted, none of us wanted to stop by anywhere else for food or grocery shopping prior to arrive to the house, we just wanted to go to sleep. We were grateful for the welcoming snacks with nice cold bottles of water in the mini fridge, that was very nice and thoughtful. We don't mind to come back to the house at all.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach, grocery store and restaurants are like 5 min away. I will return for sure. Thank you to Vinita, she responded to our calls and messages in a timely manner and she always did her best to make us feel confortable and happy. Stop your search and book this house!

We booked the house to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday and it was absolutely stunning. We literally used the pool every day we were there and grilled. My kids didn’t want to leave, the adults didn’t want to leave. We are already planning our next stay here. Also the location was PERFECT, it was near shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Pompano Beach Family Vacation

My family, my sisters family, and our parents from Minnesota all gathered for a family beach vacation in beautiful Pompano Beach and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The house with its three separate bedrooms and four bathrooms and additional pull-out couches made it comfortable for adults and kids. The beautiful backyard pool and patio area was so private and relaxing you hardly wanted to leave. The less than a mile commute to the beach was so convenient and easy. Easy parking, grocery store alone the way. Great restaurants, shops, surf rental, Pompano beach and pier all in such close proximity. The house was incredible clean and modern, the beautiful palm trees and vegetation surrounding the backyard pool give you privacy and complete relaxation. Garage had pool toys, beach chairs and bikes, leave your beach towels at home they have that covered. Home was fully furnished and then some. The whole family can't wait to come back. Host and hostess were amazing to work with. After a very rough year this was exactly what the family needed, thank you and God Bless!

Great weekend at the Pompano beach property

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend away by the beach and had a wonderful time. Beautiful house with great accommodations! I truly appreciate the host for being attentive to any questions we had and even having some snacks and refreshments in the fridge for us upon arrival. Would recommend to anyone!

Clean, beautiful & relaxing house!

I went to Florida with my friends for spring break and we stayed at this rental. This house was amazing. It was so clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful pool. The house is even more spacious the photos. The pool was clean and so refreshing to swim in. The house has an awesome location, being blocks away from Publix, Aldi, and other food options. It is not too far from the beach either. The host was so nice & accommodating. I highly reccomend staying at this house, you won’t regret it!
