Fun in New Orleans

We had a great stay at this property!! The location was great and the condo was very clean. We had great communication with the owner and had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to allow more of a range on the AC temp. Otherwise a great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Safe stay for family with children

The property was within a quiet family-oriented neighborhood & a safe walking distance to several coffee shops, parks, restaurants, ice cream, hot yoga, Walgreens & grocery. Quiet and safe. Took a few short strolls to get coffee and back with the kids. A great location just a 20 minute drive to French Quarter/ tourist area.

Très belle et grande maison, bien décorée, bien équipée en électro ménagé, pour des français juste prevoir verres à Champagne et à vin, petite terrasse appréciée. Le débarras derrière la laverie méritera un rangement.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans. In an upscale area, there were great restaurants and a full-service grocery store within walking distance away. Just a short drive to the north is Lake Pontchartrain with great restaurants as well. The French Quarter is minutes away by car. One day we drove a couple of miles and parked our car so we could take the streetcar to town. It was a great way to see the sights on the trip to town and eliminated the sometimes costly parking in the Quarter. The home is decorated beautifully, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the basic cooking needs (even though we mainly ate out with the abundant choices nearby).

Perfect New Orleans Experience

Amazing location, walkable to everything you could need, plus a well appointed unit with everything you need. Lakeview is the perfect location for both staying in and getting to all the NOLA Hotspots for a great vacation. Ronell is an excellent host with a great property. We have already sent this listing to a friend for spring break and we will definitely be booking for future trips!

Great spot in a beautiful neighborhood

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Pictures are extremely accurate. There was plenty of room for us. Ronell was extremely friendly and such a great host. The neighborhood was beautiful and everything we needed was in walking distance, including great restaurants, a grocery store etc. and city park is so close! Would definitely stay here again and can't recommend enough

Comfortably safe

The host was AMAZING and very responsive. His place is definitely in an area that is safe. As a female I would’ve felt ok to go for a walk at night in the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood with little shops close by. The place had all the amenities one would need and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the host is. I will definitely book this location again if ever back in the area. If it’s not available then I’ll rearrange my plans.

Felt like home.

Clean, well designed, home like feeling, and amazing communication from the property owner. The property is located in a great location. Yes parking is on the street but I never had an issue. The area is quite but right near a grocery and tons of places to eat. I hope to have the need to come back and stay again.

Comfy and safe! Great appartement.

Very nice place, spacious and comfortable. Loved to be in Lakeview for the calmness after a long day of sightseeing. Safe neighbourhood! Thank you for all your recommendations and quick response. Lakeview is a very practical place if you want to visit FQuarter by bus and streetcar (about 1 hour and touring).

Fantastic - Don't look any further.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronell's place. Ronell was one of the best hosts that I've worked with. He was quick with all of his replies to us, whether it be via VRBO email or text. He checked on us to make sure things were going well and he added extra touches that we appreciated! Location was near a street with many places to eat, and a grocery store. Parking was directly in front of the building every night and easy to move between one end of the city to the opposite end. I would choose this place again, when I return to New Orleans.

Excellent place with an Excellent host! Very clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The host is very nice and communicates very quickly. Great place in lovely Lakeview

I grew up in NOLA and love the Lakeview neighborhood. This place is spacious, bright and airy, super clean and quiet. Great local grocery and restaurants a five minute walk. Try Joey's on Harrison. I managed without a car, using uber and the street cars. A car would be nice, but don't take it all the way downtown. Park on canal streeet and use the street car. It's a wonderful place with kind, responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location - spotless and well appointed home.

Loved staying in the Lakeview area. So many great restaurants and shops to walk to. City Park was a short walk away too which was fun. Home is tasteful, well appointed and probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. My kids are at Tulane which is less than 15 min away and I look forward to my next visit.

Lakeview suite

Ronelle's place is great. Well located (you might want a car to get around), very clean, roomy and comfortable. There are a couple of quirks you should note. There was no soap/shampoo in the bath - so be sure to pack your own. And, you'll have to supply laundry soap if you want to wash clothes. Not major problems for this five-star place.
