Excellent stay

House was great. Exceptionally clean, lots of amenities, and added touches of hospitality scattered throughout. Very close to the beach, only a minute walk. It was our first time to SPI, and we were able to walk everywhere. It’s a great location. If you’re looking for a place in SPI, your search should stop here.

Great place!

We were very impressed with the place!! We went for a girls weekend and it was definitely worth it! GREAT communication with the owners/property managers! They were very attentive, helpful and answered very quickly with any questions we had. 100% recommend and will be booking in the future!

Wonderful Oasis

I enjoyed my time at this beautiful house. Plenty of space for larger families. The private pool was nice and it was a short walk to the beach.

Location, location!

Had a great get away, comfortably slept 2 families with children of all ages. The private pool was a great perk after days in the sun. The property is less than a block away from the beach entrance and has 2 companies at the end of the street who lease golf carts. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Excellent location!

Beautiful vacation home!

The property is clean and beautiful spacious. It had everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs. Our family of 10 fit very comfortably! The beach is across the street! Coffe shops and tiki bars walking distance. Owners and property manger super friendly and helpful. Beautiful home thank you so much.

Amazing and listing doesn't do it justice!! Ten stars 🌟

This property is amazing. We chose it because it was big enough for my family and my cousins family for our vacation. The online map to the beach shows it being close, but IT IS SOOO much cloaer than expected! The houae was perfect for the 10 of us, clean, equipped and the pool and patio are a huge plus!! Emily was quick to respond when we were planning ahead for our trip and everything was PERFECT. i really hope that we are able to return here in the future! Ten out of 10! Highly recommend 👌

Great place to stay!

Excellent location. Easy walk to beach. The pool was private and relaxing. The house was equipped with anything you could ever need. They even had a cooler and beach chairs. We arrived at the end of a cold spell and were still able to use the pool and patio. Highly recommend this place to stay in South Padre Island.

Perfect stay!

Great rental

We enjoyed our stay very much, and loved the pool. The location to the beach was a short walk and the beaches weren’t too crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back and will be sure to recommend to friends and family for any future stays in SPI.

The house was very clean. It went above & beyond our expectations for amenities.

Kitchen stocked we. Tge Beach equipment wasn't expected. Loved the private pool, location to beach is convenient. We would rent this townhouse again. Owners very quick to respond to our questions. Loved the separate areas for all of our family. GereAmple space for everyone's leisure & privacy. Property inside & outside very well kept. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome Host

We stayed here with our adult children and had the best time! The weather was unusually cool while we stayed and the heated pool was an absolute dream in the evenings. It has awesome lights and was what we all looked forward to after our busy days exploring the island. The place was clean and the accommodations were sublime! So helpful and quick to answer any questions we had! It was a great trip!

Great beach house

Great beach house centrally located on the island to everything you need. It is a quick, less than 5 min walk to the Gulf. There are several restaurants nearby and the grocery store is also close. Emily is quick to respond to questions and provided great recommendations for their local favorites. We had a great vacation and would certainly visit again.

Amazing Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts. Prior to the trip and during our stay, Angel and Emily were very quick in their responses and always so kind. The property was so clean, close to the beach and had everything we needed and more. We loved the extra's included with the house to include, Bluetooth speaker, beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The property was very well furnished and nicely decorated. Pool was very nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Angel and Emily for a fabulous place to stay!

Fantastic place

To be honest, I can not say enough about how pleased I was with this home. I have been visiting SPI the last 10 years and the location is fantastic, the home is not only well decorated, it is well stocked. The owners provide little extra's that make the place so nice. I sincerely hope we will be able to return to this home in the future.

Loved it!

Everything was super clean. As soon as you walk in you can smell how clean the house was. The owners were very nice and the communication was great. The pool was sparkling clean which we all enjoyed so much. I wanted to sleep longer but the rooms were soooo bright, some curtains would of been nice. The house was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. We will definitely be coming back here again someday. Thank you!
