When you're not in the pool, you can treat your muscles to a bubbly time in the hot tub available. There is a covered patio with a picnic table, a seating area, and an outdoor shower. Nothing says vacation like a family barbecue and the gas grill in the yard is clearly the go-to option.

Inside, this gorgeous home boasts a light-filled open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, French-door fridge, and a shining breakfast bar seating four. The kitchen also leads to a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. Right off the kitchen is the elegant wooden dining table with enough space to seat six, perfect for family meals!

The living area offers comfortable furniture (a sofa, a loveseat, and two chairs) strategically placed near a flatscreen TV with cable. You can spend a snuggly afternoon watching your favorite movies or enjoy the refreshing breeze on the balcony off the living room. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
