The floor plan features the following:
- A bright living room with a power sofa, a smart TV and a beautiful office/study space, with access to a terrace from where you have a view of the sea.
- An open-floor kitchen with a counter and quality equipment.
- A first bedroom with a double bed, wall-mounted TV and dressing room.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, wall-mounted TV and dressing room as well.
- A shower room with toilets.
- And for more convenience, additional separate toilets.
HOW TO GET TO THE PROPERTY
The property is 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, for which we can make arrangements for you through our concierge service.
You have your own car? Free parking is available in the street.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Departures must be before 11 am and arrivals after 4 pm (we may allow later check-outs or earlier check-in depending on availability, please do not hesitate to contact us).
An extra charge of 35 Euros is required for arrivals after 8 pm. Arrivals after midnight can be made via a key lock-box located at our office at 85 Avenue Maréchal Juin in Cannes.

Want to explore the center of Cannes? Head to the famous Croisette and go to the Palais des Festival within a 20-minute walk between the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment building.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
You will find 5 bus stops in the vicinity of the apartment building. To go to the center of Cannes, take line #8.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
