Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
Parking for 3 vehicles + the golf cart. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• The primary guest must sign a liability waiver and rental agreement with the 3rd party golf cart vendor (No Additional Cost).

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
