This room opens directly onto a terrace with pergolas, where you can enjoy the sun, ideal for relaxing after a bike ride or having a barbecue with family or friends. Sunbeds, garden furniture and gas plancha at your disposal.

On the sleeping side, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
A spacious mezzanine completes this apartment, with two single 90 cm beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.

A perfectly equipped bathroom with a washing machine, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer, WC and vanity unit with storage.
