Centrally located for Front Sight training and Death Valley visitors. Five minutes away from central Pahrump. Your 4 bedroom stay( plus one room off the master bedroom) The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining options in a dining room, kitchen nook, or kitchen counter., and back patio. There are 8 beds that comprise of 1 king, 3 queen, and 4 singles. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom next to the laundry room.
The master king bedroom with private bath with direct access to the back patio. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunkbed and a queen bed. The living room has a 75 inch smart TV. There is an office with two work stations and fast internet. The patio offers quiet shaded relaxation with barbeque and patio furniture. The home is located on a full acre lot.
Spa is estimated to be ready for use by September 26, 2024. We are waiting for cover-lifts.
The attached 3 car garage is a game room with pool table, air hockey, and foosball games, and poker table. There is a 75 inch smart TV and board games. The poker and foosball tables can be moved so one vehicle can be parked inside, especially for those visiting the Speedway. The back porch is covered with seating for 12. A large propane BBQ is available. There is a smoking area in the front yard with sitting bench. For Front-Site visitors, there is a 40"x10"x 20" gun safe available.
Though we can house 12 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $20 per person after the 5th person per night. For example…6th person($20) X 2 nights = $40. There is $50 per person per night to be charged for additional guests staying overnight or visiting without pre-approval of their host. Larger groups may be accommodated when pre-arranged. Communication is always appreciated. In the backyard is a guesthouse/casita/Adu attached to the backyard garages, that my husband and I stay when we have to be in town. Please know we are not there to disturb you, but a there is the possibility we will there during you stay. But I will communicate that to you before or during your stay.
