The accommodation comprises
- 28 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×200), armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), wardrobe and walk-out balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, wardrobe and walk-out balcony
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 13 m² terrace, facing east and accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A balcony accessible from the bedrooms
- An 11 m² cellar in the basement, accessible by lift or from outside, for storing skis, bikes, etc.

The flat is ideally located in La Bourboule, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
