Rest peacefully knowing your boat, trailer or toys are securely parked in the 40’ long garage with an extra tall 14’ door. Extra large 2 car garage that will fit a full size pickup. Master suite features a king size bed, access to the back patio, extra large bathroom, with dual vanities, large jetted garden tub, separate large shower (4 shower heads and a shower wand), and an extra large walk-in closet.
Second Master features a king size bed, 3/4 bath with a large shower and a large walk-in closet.
Junior suite features a queen size bed, 3/4 bath, closet, and glass slider to a semi-private back patio.
A youth room features 2 single beds and access to 1/2 bath, right next door.
Also available for your precious tiny ones: a toddler cot and a “pak n play”. Be sure to bring their favorite blankets so everyone can get a good night's sleep.
Unfortunately Fur Babies are not allowed on the premises. Due to severe allergies within the owner’s family, this rule is hard set which includes hypoallergenic and hairless breeds, no exceptions.
Extra’s: Self check in, WIFI access. Roku system in the main living area and master bedroom, smart TV in second master and junior suite. Kitchen is well stocked and has an InstaPot, Crockpot, baking and serving dishes, plenty of pans for cooking, a high chair for the little one, a large dining table (seats up to 8), breakfast bar (seats 4), and a wet bar (seats 3) with a small fridge for your libations.
Easy access to the Rim Trail. Just steps away from walking, running or biking around the mesa rim of beautiful Page Arizona. Off mesa access just south of the home for UTV’s and other motorsports. Central location to Wahweap or Antelope Point Marinas, Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon Tours, and Horseshoe Bend. Miles and miles of BLM land perfect for OHV, 4x4, motorcycle riding between Page AZ and Kanab UT. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante (with unfettered access to Escalante UT, Tropic UT, The Vermillion Cliffs, Zions National Park, and beyond.
