The Space:
The condo is on the 19th floor and is very spacious and private with a great north-facing view through large windows. The unit has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building. You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room, and patio lounge area.

Guest Access:
This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone apart from check-in and showing your ID to the concierge. A 24-hour building doorman and security is stationed next to the lobby to assist with early and late check-ins. The building's parking is not gated as one may expect of a newer high-rise, however, it is monitored and secure with fencing. There is only one entrance/exit from the parking lot. When entering the parking one passes directly by the main lobby doors and Concierge’s Desk for observation. All of our condominiums have above-ground parking and the parking lot is monitored 24-hours a day by security cameras. All of the common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, i.e. lobby, elevators, halls, and basement laundry area. Our team is available If something should come up. Please contact us on the Airbnb platform or call our number if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian era buildings to the brand new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high powered mix of restaurants, attractions and commerce that characterizes Downtown.

Getting Around:
Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
