HOUSE RULES:
- Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm to 6 am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Children must be supervised at all times. Side yard gate and auto-closing slider from house to pool must be closed and locked when children are at the property. Combo lock is provided for side yard gate. Front door is accessed via electronic SMART lock with code provided by owner. No physical house keys provided.
- No smoking allowed on premises.
- No parking in the street overnight. Park in driveway or in the two in-garage spots available with two provided garage door openers. Third garage spot is reserved for owner's stored and covered car. No RV parking.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- NO PETS: unfortunately, due to our extreme allergies and guest preference, we cannot accept pets of any kind. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule.
- BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving
- Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the large provided trash cans must be removed by guests.
NOTE: This property's maximum occupancy is four adults and two children.
Your safety matters. This home features (3) exterior cameras: 1 facing the front yard, 1 facing the driveway, 1 doorbell camera. The cameras cannot view the interior spaces, or any of the side, back and pool area.
