In the commune of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, we offer you this charming 100 m² chalet with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the south-facing Miage refuge, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Mezzanine accessible via Japanese staircase (11 steps)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² covered terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol and gas plancha to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot (4 vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Gervais - Le Fayet about 10 minutes by car, or by public transport from the station: cable car + free municipal shuttle (30-minute journey)
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approx. 1h30 by car
- The Thermes de Saint-Gervais are accessible via the Le Fayet - Les Thermes elevator.

Electric recharging points are also available at the "Parking de la Patinoire" near the accommodation.

Please note: work will be carried out near the property from June 2024 (construction of a chalet), so there may be some noise pollution during the day on weekdays.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and the Conciergerie de Mme Piodella Clémence team (concierge / housekeeping service).
