Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 250 m² house in Pernes-les-Fontaines for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a shared garden of around 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A garage, an entrance and a utility room.

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A lounge with sofa, TV, upright piano and a working fireplace
- Porcelain bedroom: a queen-size bed (160x200) with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- A 40 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Marshall connected speaker, dining area with TV and access to a small garden and the paved, pedestrianized lane leading up to the Clock Tower.
- Chambre Fleurie: a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

On the 3ᵉ floor
- Chambre Sous Les Toits: a 40m² air-conditioned master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), TV and small lounge. En-suite shower room with double shower, island bath and unoverlooked view of the village rooftops.
- Separate WC with washbasin

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: American fridge with ice dispenser, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful small garden of around 8 m² (shared) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is located in the heart of the historic centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.

Activities :
- Mont Ventoux, 1 hour's drive
- The Gigondas and Châteauneuf du Pape wine routes
- L'Isle sur Sorgue (10 km) and its wonderful market and flea market on Sundays
- A bucolic ride in a 2CV with picnic starting from Maison Rimbert (booking required)
- Unusual wine tasting at Domaine de Trelus in Saumane
- Canoeing down the Sorgue at Isle sur Sorgue
- The charming Provencal market in Pernes on Saturday mornings
- Bicycles for hire from a local shopkeeper
- During the summer, take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the streets of Pernes.
- Throughout the summer, the town of Pernes organises events and free shows in the streets of Pernes and nearby villages. There are also night-time lantern-lit walks through the streets of Pernes with a tourist guide.

- In Velleron, a village close to Pernes, the market, a historic meeting place for buying seasonal fruit and vegetables direct from producers, and its guinguette for an aperitif break
- This year September 2024 and every 4 years takes place the Heritage Festival in Pernes, a re-enactment of life in Provence in the 19ᵉ century that brings together thousands of visitors.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house. There is also free public parking nearby.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Avignon TGV station is 30 km away, 26 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane airport is 97 km away, a 1-hour drive.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic).
- Complimentary coffee pods, a packet of ground coffee, a complimentary bottle of wine and a tasting box on arrival.
- The fireplaces are in working order, and the first batches are available in the 2 fireplaces on arrival, followed by a supplement of €50/week for the rest of the stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Only the Chambre Sous Les Toits has air conditioning. The other rooms have fans.
- Services such as the delivery of aperitif or cheese trays will be offered at an additional cost.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Please note that the house has a number of staircases leading up to the facilities.
