During the summer months, you can enjoy swimming in the outdoor community pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend *subject to change per HOA*. This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath condo comes with a master king bedroom suite, a master queen bedroom suite, and a pullout sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate six people, as well as a full kitchen to enjoy meals with family and friends. The BONUS-a private hot tub! Imagine melting away in a hot soak after a long day of hiking or shopping. Or simply come back to your condo and relax as you watch the sunset.

Great Views for a great stay!

The views from this condo are great! The hot tub is a great feature on the cool summer nights while watching the sun settle for the night. This condo was perfect for our little family and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay that is enjoyable to be at.

Birthday getaway

Property is well maintained. It was super easy to book. The property manager sent all of the information over the same night I booked. This property offers great views. It’s a 10 minute drive away from down town Estes. Checkout was simply and easy.

Amazing View and Beautiful location

Got the job done

A little tight for my family of 5, even though it said it sleeps 6. Technically it does sleep 6 but you lose the entire living room in the process. Location was fantastic. Place was clean. It made for a good home base while we explored Estes. Btw bring your own soap and shampoo. We ran out of the travel sized stuff that came with the property and when we requested more the management told us no.

Beautiful Vistas

The overall cleanliness and location of the property were excellent. As were the amenities listed. The pool towels were a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were better than anywhere we have stayed. The one big glitch was lack of communication with property management. I had a question about check out procedures and called the number displayed in the condo. I reached what seemed to be an answering service that took my name and number, but no one ever called me back. Not until I went on the VRBO website did I get my answer. Ideally there would be a binder in the condo with all pertinent information.

Too many small things wrong

1.Oven does not heat to set temperature 2. Several burned out light bulbs 3. HDMI cable missing from king bed room suite 4. Clock in king bed room suite does not work 5. Neither closet had clothes hangers 6. Latch on patio door was broken and you could get locked outside if you shut the door when you went out (there was a warning sign briar looked like it had bern there for a long time) 7. Door from queen suite bathroom that opens into living area would not lock 8. Lite cycle on dishwasher does not work 9. Keyless entry app would not unlock the front door 10. One side of toaster does not work 11. There is a hot tub fee that is a surprise when you commit to rent the unit and is not covered in the stated day rate, even though the advertisement touts the fact there is a hot tube at the unit. Based on that, one would expected the hot tub to covered in the published day rate Not an item that anyone can do anything about, but the bedrooms are really small and tight and even though the ad says it will sleep six, it would be really really tight and there were no bed linens or pillows for the pull out bed. Other the above things, Views are spectacular, especially morning sunrise over the mountains Based on all the little things above, you get the impression that the management company (or owner) don’t care and obviously do not check that things are in good working order after each rental.

Love Estes Park

Nice place to stay! We loved the hot tub after hiking or drinking coffee on the deck in the morning before hiking. Good location. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Mount Nimbus stay

A few issues occurred when staying at the property. 1. We requested an early check-in but the property management team could not give us access because it was "early the same day request". That's a ridiculous excuse. 2. Additional charges for hot tub - this was not stated in the pricing. 3. Refrigerator was broken. We left food over night and had to throw it out in the morning. Request for reimbursement of spoiled food was not followed up by property manager. We were not happy with our stay and would definitely not recommend this property.

A good stay, overall

The cabin was very close to the main town area in Estes, and our group really enjoyed the ease of driving there. The cabin’s main area (kitchen, living room) was perfect! We had everything we needed to cook there. The hot tub worked well during our stay, and it provided a beautiful view of mountains. We were also 5 minutes away from a beautiful hike we took during our trip. Rocky Mountain National Park is only about 15-20 minutes away from the cabin! There were a only a couple issues. The kitchen faucet was a little broken, but we managed with it. The queen bedroom suite was a very tight fit, and the bed SQUEAKS. Every time you turn over or adjust during the night, you WILL wake up whoever is sleeping next to you. Please, please fix the bed (get rid of the plywood and use something stronger!). The host was responsive and helpful.

Estes park and our 10yr anniversary!

Everything was fantastic except for it having snowed etc there was no upkeep preventing me from getting car stuck on property! Also i slipped and fell down stairs to condo asked for to be shoveled and all they did was entry flat in front of door! Steps were never touched leaving them very dangerous! I enjoyed my trip except this and the fact im still sore from and noone checked to see if done or im ok! Will stsy again if these things get remedied gor next n future remters!

I love the Mary's Lake area!

I have stayed in one of the condo's here almost every year for 10 years. This condo was quite a disappointment in comparison to the others. There was a small couch and one chair to sit at in the living room and they were not at all comfortable. The table had bar stool type chairs and one was not even usable we thought it was going to break. We got in the hot tub and it was not even hot. We called the number to get it checked out and they came once and said they had to have someone else come and they never reached out or came back the whole week. The bed in the spare room collapsed in the middle of the night. There were so many other things. This condo needs some over hauling.

Beautiful

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. We took advantage of the hot tub on the deck and enjoyed the mountain view. A herd of elk, just a block down the road, entertained us for a good 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, easy access to RMNP & downtown

Perfectly spacious for the two of us and easy access to downtown and the parks but away from the noise was just what we wanted. The hot tub was low on water; we found a hose laying around and took care of ourselves. The property managers did get back to us and someone came the next day, but we didn't want to wait once we found the hose. Everything was clean, and access was easy. Google Maps will take you roadside, so you have to turn either before or after to actually access the property. Would stay here again.

I was pretty good. The beds were just not very conferrable.

It was hard to find 12b, it was not labeled that you could see from the street. The house was as it was listed. It worked pretty good for my family. One thing I didnt like was, I got two different emails with check out tike, one saying it was 10am, the other 11am. So when we went out the door at 10, I relized I had left something, but the door code had already changed and we had to leave. I called but had to wait on a return call, and didnt hear back from them for a bit, so we just left. I just really wished there had been some kind of direct way I could have talked to someone to help befor we left.
