Sandestin Elation Studio - Baytowne - Golf Cart -

This unit is located at Grand Sandestin complex next to hotel Effie, Sandestin Conference center and the village of Baytowne Wharf at the Bayside of luxurious Sandestin Resort. It is about two miles away from the beach entrance that is across 98 at the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. You may use the TRAM (beach express runs continuously during high season in front of Grand Sandestin to the beach - 6-8 min ride) or rent bicycles and just ride to the beach (10 min), you may also use your car (6 min) or just walk (45 min) through the many golf courses, lakes and gardens that remind you of Eden.

Golf carts are limited and is used within Sandestin Resort to visit shops, Baytowne, marina, golf, tennis, the beach, Grand Boulevard shops, dining and entertainment, Publix etc. Sandestin Owners Association does not allow golf cart entry to Sandestin from outside. Golf cart use within Resort is only allowed if it comes with the unit rental. If you would like to include it in your rental, please inquire, we can include it for the duration of your stay or any one or more days based on it's availability.

Beauty and elegance in the lovely and spacious Ground floor Elation studio condo awaits your next beach vacation! Compact in design but spacious in execution is how the floor plan for this is planned out for aspiring beach vacationers. Tile floor throughout the unit. A king size beds awaits for you to sprawl out on, with nightstands and bedside lamps on either side of the bed. A dinette table with comfortable chairs is located across from the bed, making for a great little desk to have a mobile workstation, or read a good book, or play a board game. Further into the condo is a flat screen television featureing cable and Netflix just for your entertainment on your vacation. The kitchenette contains natural wood finished cabinets, granite counters, a few appliances for you to use to make resort living easier and more convenient. On the opposite side of the kitchenette, the bathroom features a contemporary design with porcelain fixtures like the water basin for the sink, and a traditional shower and bathtub combo. Since you are in the ground floor. No elevators are stairs are to be used. You are in and out of the building fast and with minimal effort.

We provide Pack n' Play in the condo.

Damage Deposit/Security fee is refundable. It is not even a real charge, just a credit card hold a day before check-in and released a day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

Parking is under the Grand Sandestin Resort. Parking fee of $10 for the stay will be payable via a link online before arriving to the Resort. Each guest is allowed to park one car in this parking garage. There is also free parking option at the Inspiration parking lot, one block North of the building.

We also provide a starter pack which include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo
