Relax with a beverage while taking in the breathtaking ocean views and sounds on the over-sized 50 ft wide balcony. This condo is in Building D which gets shade all afternoon. This is a huge advantage over buildings A and B. Both bedrooms have an ocean view. At night when the ocean goes dark, you'll still have amazing views of the lit pools and lush landscaping while taking in the ocean breeze. Walk outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach. Head out to the tennis/pickle ball courts conveniently located on-site, enjoy the putting green, or hit the state of the art fitness center just outside your condo. Whether you want to explore your tropical paradise or relax in the tastefully decorated condo, Bella Sirena will be your new home away from home.

Bella Sirena 504D has been updated with new white Quartz countertops, kitchen backsplash, RO water system, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and all new dishes and linens. Relocated master bedroom door which allowed for a brand new 65-inch TV in the living room. Both bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV’s, roomy closets, and convenient access to the balcony. Both bedrooms also have new luxurious pillow-top mattresses, pillows and crisp white bedding. In the living room you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa with a comfy, deluxe memory foam mattress. Blackout Curtains in guest bedroom and family room.

Other New Items include: Washer and Dryer, frameless shower glass doors, LED lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen table chandelier, beach towels, bath towels, new coastal décor and artwork, Nest thermostats, all new sliding glass doors, and keyless door entry system.

Enjoy an internet phone in the condo - guests can make unlimited free calls to the USA and Canada and local calls in town.

Two of the main pools are heated during the winter as well as the hot tubs. Two EV chargers free to use (guests only).

Great Unit at Bella Sirena!

Very clean and nice Unit! We have been coming for years, always enjoy Bella Sirena - has a little more character than some of the other Sandy Beach stays... this Unit is great two bedroom, clean and has everything you need and owner is super responsive. Dont hesitate to book this one.

Fabulous Stay for Spring Break

We stayed at this property for a week during spring break, and it was exactly as advertised. The spacious layout with two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the amazing balcony view showcasing the Gulf of California were highlights. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the resort’s location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything.The beach vendors were not pushy, which was very nice. We enjoyed affordable massages and delicious food from the local vendors, especially the sweet mangoes. My husband even got to enjoy jet skiing, and there were plenty of activities on the beach, like banana boats.Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cooler than normal, so we didn’t spend as much time in the water as we had hoped.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great amenities and easy access to local attractions.

Beautiful Property

This property is so well kept. Everyday someone was working on something to beautify the grounds and the pools were immaculate! The grounds are like no other at Sandy Beach. I felt like was on a tropical island! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, and the communication with the owner was so responsive. FYI if you want to use the pickleball court, there are actually two and the nets can be picked up from the security office! Pickleball in paradise…can’t get better than that!

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for 4 nights and the condo was awesome! It was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and gave detailed information on the condo and surrounding places. There were provided beach items in the condo for use. We would definitely stay here again!

Great unit for a quick getaway!

We had a great stay at this condo in Bella Sirena! The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely stocked with beach items. The host is very helpful and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.

The Perfect Weekend

We loved our stay at Bella Sirena! The condo was beautifully decorated and had every amenity we needed to make our trip perfect. The owners were great and very quick to respond with answers. The washer and dryer work great. The beach chairs, noodles, and balls were all used by us. The swim up bar was a lot of fun! We also used the infinity pool and jacuzzi.we didn’t even have to make breakfast because there were fresh burritos and tamales for sale on the beach. My daughter brought her cap and gown and we took beautiful photos through the property for her graduation pics. I would definitely stay there again!

Bella Sirena is the most beautiful property in my opinion. The condo had a beautiful view of a sea Cortez and Bella Sirena pools… which Are fabulous! We will definitely be staying there again. The condo had every amenity you needed. The owners are wonderful to work with. If you have any questions or concerns, they are there for you.They definitely make your stay very comfortable.

We will be back!

We really had a wonderful time at this Condo. We specifically chose it because of the simple, comfortable, and relaxing decor. It was a great size for the 5 of us- not crowded at all. They had lots of little extra amenities and plenty of supplies for our stay. And of course the best part- a roomy balcony with clear view of the ocean and out of the direct sun for the warm afternoons after a long day at the beach! The hosts were very helpful as a first-time renter of this condo, and very quick and responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home away from home. We will be back!! OH! And my son said this was absolutely the most comfortable pull-out couch he has ever slept on!!

Great Stay for a Quick Beach Getaway

The condo was clean and nicely furnished with a large, functional kitchen. Owners were readily available and communicative for any questions. Favorite amenities offered by the condo include on-site gated parking, an expansive patio with dining table/seating and an ocean view accessible from each bedroom and the living room, tvs in 3 rooms, and lounge chairs and umbrella for the beach.

This Condo is 5 star and the host were very helpful! The property at Bella Sirena is wonderful. Weve been visiting Rocky Point and Sandy Beach for 30 years. This property is our new favorite! The condo was beautiful and well kept. We will be back very soon!

Very nice property with easy beach access.

We had a great time sitting on the patio watching the tide change. The property was clean. Communication with the host was easy. And checkin was a breeze. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

We live in Gilbert Arizona and love to travel and be outdoors. We own two condos at Bella Sirena and treat them as our second home. Always making sure they are well taken care of and have all the items that help make it feel like a home.

In 2021 we looked at condos at all the resorts in Rocky Point but chose Bella Sirena for the lush landscape and peaceful atmosphere. We purchased our second two-bedroom condo in 2024 and we chose Bella Sirena again.

Almost all two-bedroom condos in Rocky Point have one bedroom facing the parking lot and only one with an ocean view. Both our bedrooms face the ocean and have a door out to the patio. This makes our patio massive at over 40 feet long. One other thing we love is you get nice shade in the summer months.
