This apartment has retained its old-world charm, with original moldings and parquet flooring, and has been combined with contemporary touches, with a large glass roof revealing a deep perspective and a very pleasant feeling of space!
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed and XXL dressing room (possibility of adding a crib for a newborn baby)

La Communale, Europe's largest gourmet market, recently inaugurated, is also just 12 minutes away.

Places to visit in St Ouen :
- 5 minutes away: the world's largest flea market, a UNESCO World Heritage site;
- 2-minute walk: Stade Bauer for soccer fans;
- 5-minute walk: Mains d'Œuvres (an alternative, inclusive venue for children and adults);
