THE APARTMENT
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large living room, tastefully decorated by a professional architect, with a charming industrial flair.
The living room includes two functional zones: a comfortable lounge area, for relaxing in front of the smart TV, and an open-floor kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you will need.
Further in, on the same floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom (one with tub, the other with shower).
On the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms, with a common shower room, toilets and a towel dryer for convenience.
As a whole, this apartment features an ideal location only steps from the heart of Cannes, as well as comfortable premium amenities with spacious rooms spread over two floors.
HOW TO GET TO THE PROPERTY
If you travel by train, the Cannes train station is only 5 minutes away on foot.
If by car, you will easily find public parking facilities in the area, all within about 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. We do recommend the Commandant Lamy public parking, which offers weekly passes, and our Concierge Service will be happy to get one for you if you want.
When you enter the residential building, the apartment is by itself on the 4th floor (last floor of the building). Note: there is no elevator but the stairway has small, easy to climb steps.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Departures must be before 11 am and arrivals after 4 pm (we may allow later check-outs or earlier check-in depending on availability, please do not hesitate to contact us).
An extra charge of 35 Euros is required for arrivals after 8 pm. Arrivals after midnight can be made via a key lock-box located at our office at 85 avenue Maréchal Juin in Cannes.
WHAT'S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Within a few steps from the property, you will find several neighborhood cafes, a market and a Carrefour grocery store.
We recommend taking a stroll down the Rue d’Antibes, which you can reach in just 3 minutes on foot, where you will find famous popular brands boutiques, or head to the Croisette seafront area, just a little further away, where you will find more prestigious and luxurious brands, while enjoying your shopping experience in the shade of the palm trees.
Other noteworthy points of interest include:
- The Croisette: within 8 minutes on foot
- The Palais des Festivals: a 10-minute walk to get there
- The Cannes harbor: within 12 minutes walking distance
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
You will find a stop for all the bus lines right next to the train station.
GOOD TO KNOW
Street parking is available in front of the building, as well as at the public parking 5 minutes away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
