With a location right next to a delightful lake and right across the street from the beach, this wonderful home is going to make your next Panama City Beach vacation one you'll remember for years to come! Inside, the suite is open and spacious, with lots of beachy decor and plenty of comfortable seating for everybody! Use the full kitchen to assemble a delicious and refreshing beverage to enjoy out on the furnished balcony. When it's time to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you'll have four breakfast bar chairs and a dining table with seating for two to take advantage of. Head down to the beach for a day of sun and sand on the gulf then come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. You can use the elevator to easily access this 12th-floor suite, even with an armload of fresh groceries! The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do a little research for those last-minute projects. You'll love basking under the central AC and ceiling fans to stay cool on a hot summer afternoon and you can always head down to the shared pool for a good swim.

Great place

Condo was nice, clean and cute. King mattress was so comfortable and the pillows were nice! Washer and dryer work well. Balcony view is great. Location is absolutely perfect! Pools were nice! Beach gift store downstairs is great! Parking is easy. Only “complaints” would be that I wish the unit supplied a wagon, as others do, but not a big deal. Also, checkout time should be a bit more flexible due to the elevators. We waited an hour and a half to get on the elevator with a cart full of our luggage. If we could’ve taken the stairs without several trips, we would have, but the elevators were a nightmare. Everyone is going down to the beach and/or checking out at the same time and the elevators were SLAMMED. We tried every set of elevators, and finally were able to get on one an hour and a half later. Would definitely stay here again, just would time the elevators differently!

Clean and quiet

Property was good. Elevator wait times were insane. Staff was really diligent about making sure patrons were the only ones on the property. Condo was nice. Dryer made a TON of noise. AC had a hard time keeping up. There were NO extra linens or blankets for fold out couch. View was great! Condo was really quiet.

Good stay

Property was clean but the noise from the utility room made it difficult for our kids to sleep in the bunk bed room so they slept on the sofa bed which was uncomfortable. The “second room” is not a room and this property should be listed to sleep 4 instead of six. Most of the electrical outlets were not working for some reason. Location of property was nice and easy to access the beach, restaurants and fun nearby activities. Would suggest that the room has a few basic non-perishable stock items like salt, sugar, pepper, tea, coffee, trash bags etc so that we don’t have to buy all of those for such a short stay. Also, a vacuum cleaner and mop will be nice especially after coming from the beach. Loved the entire experience overall.

Great home away from home

I loved the room decor (furnishings, decor, kitchen, lighting and overall layout of the room. Most of all the location of the building, the access to several pools, closeness to the beach, view from my room, and walking distance from tourist attractions and activities.

Nice and clean!

We loved the condo! Only thing that would make it better is a reliable TV provider. Sometimes unwatchable. Also hated the elevator wait times and the reason we are not coming back.

Not kid friendly.

We will never stay at this property again. NOT kid friendly and a bad experience from the beginning. We were never sent the property information and I had to keep calling to even get the address and name of where we booked. We were given a wrong door code and got caught in a lightening storm on the 12th floor with our children on the balcony unable to get into our condo because they didn’t give us the correct code. I had to call numerous times BEFORE we even entered the condo. The condo was beautiful, and the location was close to everything. Our room was perfect , despite how terrible this Property is. Someone was shot on our first day here and we were told he was wanted for aggravated kidnapping( crime scene investors were onsite). When discussing this with other guests we were told this exact thing happened the year prior. People were stumbling around everywhere extremely intoxicated! People were throwing things off of the balcony. We were on the 12 floor and had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get in the elevator. Trying to check out today we waited 2 hours for an elevator. They give you a code to a “private beach area for guests” but this is NOT a kid friendly environment. So, if your looking to come and party without kids this is the place for you.
