Single level home with all the updated mountain vibes you crave. A full sized washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances. Central heating and rare air conditioning!
Bedroom 1:(Master) King bed, 42’ smart tv, closet with hangers, and private bath
Bedroom 2: Full, Twin bunk bed, 32’ smart tv, closet with hangers.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 42’ smart tv, closet with hangers
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swabs and floss picks. 6 bath towels, 6 spa towels, a couple hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The bath & spa towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake and or spa.

Living Room: Open to kitchen. 3 seater couch, love seat and armed chair. Natural wood burning fireplace. 50’ smart TV, puzzles and games!
Kitchen: Full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and crockpot. Fully
stocked with all utensils, cookware and dishware. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with 3
high-top chairs as well as a dining room table that seats 6 comfortably.
Deck/Yard: Partially fenced yard, charcoal grill, and hot tub. Hot Tub hours 7A-10P per city.
Parking: Flat driveway parking for up to 3 smaller vehicles.

If found to have more than we are licensed for, you may be evicted with no refund, along with fines up to $2500 from the city(you will be responsible for these fines). So please adhere to these limitations.

Keypad code- City of Big Bear Lake requires their Good Neighbor Policy to be signed prior to gaining access to the home. The person booking the home MUST sign, no exceptions. Declining to sign will result in no access to the home, & cancellation of reservation with no refund. GNP can be found in our listing along with the break down of our agreement. Agreement is sent in a link for virtual signature in welcome message.
Code will be sent day of check in. Once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever is first.
If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.
No refund will be made for cancellation due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures or malfunctions with spas, TVs or other equipment, or for sighting of insects, rodents, or other animals. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the Homeowner’s control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area for 24 hours of check in time. Chains are often required and should be always carried. They may be needed to get in or out of Big Bear or your rental.
Cleaning Fee-non negotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, and cleaning all dirty dishes. The home has deeper clean items that happen 2-3x a year.
Spa-is maintained after every guest. The cleaning fee covers basic chemical balancing. This does NOT cover if the spa is misused, resulting in a drain and refill. Best practice is rinse off before entering spa, no drinks in spa. Bodily fluid is the quickest way for the spa to need a drain and fill.
This home is NOT an animal friendly home, due to allergies. This includes service animals! Please respect their home and family by choosing a pet friendly home. We have several available. Please reach out for assistance in finding a suitable home for you and your animals.
Snow removal is done at 4 inches or more, after the storm slows down. Snow shovel is provided. The plow team is on their own route and schedule. Please plan ahead for weather and snow.
