Open your balcony door to breathtaking gulf views of Emerald Coast's most beautiful beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located off Scenic Gulf Drive, directly across the street from the beach and a short distance from restaurants, a grocery store and an expansive outdoor outlet mall. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for meal prep, a comfortable king bed in the master, two comfortable double beds in second bedroom and a newly purchased queen size sofa sleeper in living room. The master bathroom has recently been renovated to offer a spacious walk in shower. We offer our guests four complimentary backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart to tote belongings,?beach toys and beach towels. The Majestic Sun has an outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs a seasonally heated indoor pool and a fitness center. You also have access to Seascape resorts 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. Look no further- you have found your perfect vacation spot.

The Condo was beautiful. Costal decor, Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meal. Beds were comfortable. We stayed for 10 days and didn’t miss our own bed. The view was stunning. Shopping was very close. Debbie made sure we were comfortable though out our stay. We will be back. we

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at sea scape! The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. There were a lot of beach chairs, a beach cart and even beach towels for us to use. That was amazing since we were making a 15 hour drive down. The beds were so comfortable my two young kids even commented on how well they slept. The owner was wonderful and was so quick to respond to my questions leading up to our stay. We were close to restaurants and shopping and a quick walk across the road to the beach! We would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great location and beautiful sunsets

Condo was very clean and was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The view and sunsets were wonderful. Debbie was a wonderful host. If we had a question, she answered us right away. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

Travelling with three generations, this was a great experience for all. The place was amazing and Debbie is a fantastic host. Well stocked with everything we could need and more; comfortable beds and pullout; lovely place to stay; the beach and pool were perfect! We had a wonderful vacation and the few questions/concerns we had getting settled in were handled immediately by Debbie. Wholeheartedly, we would recommend this place to anyone!

Home Away from Home

Every year my husband and I spend our vacation In Destin, so we consider Majestic Sun our home away from home. We experienced red tide limiting our beach time, so we actually spent a lot more time in our condo. This was actually a working vacation for my husband so the Internet connectivity was important. It was fast and did not disappoint. The condo was updated with beautiful furnishings. The beds were comfortable. And the balcony is the best place to experience incredible sunsets. Our host Debbie was great to work with and was so quick with her responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again.

Cute, Clean, & Close to the Beach!!

Debbie was very responsive during the booking process & before check in, & only a text away during our stay. The condo was very clean! (I even used the laundry there...I've NEVER used a washer/dryer in ANY vacation rental that I've stayed in- so this says A LOT!) The living room decor, dining table, & the entire wall of floor to ceiling mirrors didn't disappoint either. Every bed was delightful, we all slept like babies.. (2 adults, 2 kids.. 6 & 14).. Really appreciated her supplying the beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles, & beach toys. So CONVENIENT! The direct beach access & gulf view was probably the BEST part! Literally take the elevator down & walk across the street, BOOM- feet in sand!!! Hope to book her place again when we're back in Destin!

Five Stars!! We loved it!

Had a wonderful time during our stay at your condo. We were very pleased with everything. It was clean. nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Loved sitting outside on the balcony each morning watching the sunrise and the calm and peaceful ocean view. We loved the short walk to the beach as well. Definitely will be renting this place again. Thank you for answering my questions before and after my stay. You were very helpful.

My husband and I reside in Kansas City. We have two sets of twin sons and we are all huge KC Chiefs fan. Roman works as a business owner/optician and currently owns 3 eyeglass stores and as well as a clothing store. Debbie works as an administrative assistant in a preschool.

We chose this to purchase this beautiful condo in Miramar Beach for a few reasons. It is difficult to find things all 6 family members can agree on but we all agree we love the beach, the warm weather, and hanging out at the pool. This property offers all of that and more. We are happy to share our gorgeous beach vacation home with you!

We love that the Majestic Sun offers both a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tubs as well as a heated indoor pool for cooler months. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to and from the airport, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places, has a nearby grocery store, and all the conveniences and luxuries of the beach are directly across the street.
