This two-story townhome sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms, each equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV.

Sleep like royalty in the welcoming master suite, furnished with a plush king bed. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower, a deep garden tub, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two full-over-full bunk beds.

One guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination in close proximity to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The third bathroom other has a large walk-in shower and is located on the main floor and is perfect for rinsing off, BEFORE slipping into the hot tub or after a fun day of golf, hiking or playing.

OUTDOOR AREAS

After a day at the parks, take a dip in the glimmering shared pool that is 5' deep, heated, and open year-round.

Host a cookout in your courtyard, highlighted by a propane grill and a private hot tub. Dine alfresco at a table for four, then gather around the gas firepit and watch the stars come out.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, books and games, a Pack ‘n Play, and a washer/dryer.

Parking is provided for up to four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Guest and RV parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION

Book a tee time and head to the Green Spring or Coral Canyon Golf Course, located just down the street.

Your enviable locale is also a quick drive to a wide array of stunning natural attractions, including the Dino Cliffs Trailhead (3 miles), Pioneer Park (4 miles), the Shinob Kibe Trail (4 miles), Quail Creek State Park (10 miles), Sand Hollow State Park (11 miles), and Zion National Park (40 miles).

Upon booking, you will experience timely and detailed communications, secure entry, and professional-grade housekeeping.

If you need anything before, during, or after your stay, the home's independent local host is ready to help 24/7!

Pets only allowed upon acceptance of the pet rules and pre-paid pet fee($200.00).

Hot tub rules are posted and must be followed. We cannot guarantee the condition of the hot tub, however it is serviced every Monday and Thursday morning.

No parties or events

No Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property including the back patio, garage or front entryway to the townhome.

Removing shoes on carpeted areas is appreciated.

Upon checkout, please wash at least one load of white towels and start the dishwasher to help streamline our cleaning process.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please be considerate to our neighboring guests.

If your vehicle has any mechanical problems and leaks any fluids, please do not park on the driveway or in the garage. There are some public parking spaces available in the community nearby.

Please leave the property in the condition as when you arrived. We will take care of basic cleaning for the next guest, but any excessive mess, dirt, mud, stains, or damage will be subject to an additional cleaning or repair charge.

Exactly what we needed
This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room and great common spaces to relax. We really enjoyed the private patio and the quiet neighborhood. Since we were out of the house for most of the day, this was the perfect place to come back and relax. Scott was super responsive and helpful throughout the process!

Spacious, well-appointed
The home suited our family of 4, and would have easily suited two families of 4. Everything was very clean, and clear operating instructions, and cooking implements were provided. The hot tub was about 95% functional. We could not get some of the seats’ jets to work or feet jets. But a hot soak was still enjoyable and two or three seats out of four was plenty and we didn’t bother to make a request about the jets; I have no doubt that it would have been addressed quickly if we had. Good location in quiet neighborhood for getting to the grocery store and Zion. Nice running path along a river not far from the house.

Perfect Location!
This was our last stop on a tour of Arizona and Utah. We spent two nights. It was a great location close to parks and Las Vegas (our departure city). This is in a nice, new development with a nearby pool.and great access to I-15 and shopping. The hot tub is fantastic (like, actually kinda special) and was perfect to refresh weary hikers. The beds are super comfortable as is the furniture. Home entertainment is great. Thanks so much!

Perfect getaway
This townhome provided everything we needed for our stay over Thanksgiving. Young kids loved the heated pool. It was so nice to have an area of where all the kids could go and play games together. The arcade games were a hit. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone.

It was clean and much larger than I thought it would be. Everything was well-appointed. Close to several amazing golf courses, (which is why we went there), but also close to grocery stores and shopping. Quiet location and easy to find. The garage was one of the best features because of how hot it can get there in the summer. We will definitely be booking again.

Nice place but back yard area full of weeds. ☹️
The place was very nice and close to the pool. We liked being in an end unit and it was very quiet. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the front door lock not working. Had difficulty getting through on the provided phone number so I texted instead and they called me back fairly quickly. The lock needed a new battery and they sent someone to service the lock within about 15 minutes. It was a bit if a hassle but they addressed this issue fairly quickly. We were disappointed with the back patio area. The photos all look so lovely but in actuality, there were a ton of weeds everywhere. Some were 2 to 3 feet tall and from last year or even the year before! I took photos that I can submit if Im able to. This is something that could easily be addressed in a couple of hours of man power so I don't understand why the owners or management company haven't cleaned things up. The back patio was one of the main reasons we booked this rental over others. The hot tub and gas fire pit were enjoyable though and in good working order. Everything else was very nice, clean and in good working order.

Zion adventures
Came to hike Zion with our grown children and needed a place to call “home” while we did so. This place delivered. Absolutely loved the ambiance and space it provided as well as the hot tub and the video games. Was a great place to wind down and hang out after hiking all day. Great location, easy on/off I9. Perfect Weekend Stay
Our family stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The property was very clean, had all the amenities and was in a great location. My teenage son loved the acrade games and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. We enjoyed time together talking and joking in the hot tub and around fire pit area. It’s close to the freeway so excursions were convenient and easy to head out on. Overall a clean and fun home base for a spring break getaway to southern Utah.
