Guests have access to the entire first and second floors of our multifamily house, including the backyard 🌿.

There's one parking spot available in front of the house near the handicapped accessible ramp, along with plenty of free street parking 🚗.

Other things to note

📅 Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Any booking by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your event, you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.

🧹 For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.
