Good memories are created at this comfortable home, 3 BR 2 bath with JETTED TUB. and electric vehicle charger! Approximately a mile to the town, Harbor, charter boats.... Slightly over a mile to the beach to surf....Fenced in yard for the children and dogs. Deck for you to enjoy watching your children play. Balcony off the master bedroom to enjoy your time.... as you smell the ocean air and hear the seals barking. Well stocked kitchen with a double waffle maker, Ice cream maker and ice maker. Boat parking...Central heat/air!
The space
Three bedroom house. There are two king size beds and one queen size bed. Rollaway bed if the kids or…don’t want to sleep together. Brand new JETTED TUB, Fenced in backyard mostly 6 feet tall. New solar panels!
There are two porches and one balcony so enjoy the clean fresh ocean air. We have a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs incase there are children or if you want to keep dogs in or out of an area.
Plenty of parking there is an area where you can park your boat either inside or outside of the fence.
Back neighbor have dogs. But they always settle down quickly.

The complete house. The attic shed and garage are locked for now because of potential danger to children from tools…. GARAGE AVAILABLE upon request for EV CHARGING
Other things to note
There is something to do at every season. King tides and or storms are exciting to view from the tower at the end of town. Treasure hunting especially good after a storm. Activity calendar for Westport that has activities for young and old. State parks with all variety of trails. Gambling in two directions. The tallest lighthouse in Washington that you can climb. Surfing lessons and fun watching surfing. Schedule early for the lessons. Beautiful sandy beach. End your day with a relaxing soak in the jetted tub.
