This charming 42 m² flat in Sète is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely bedroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Sète, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park nearby in several public pay car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Sète train station, about 15 minutes' walk away (1km)
- Montpellier airport about 45 minutes away by car (42km)

- Easy stairs to climb before entering the flat
- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
