Welcome to Yellow #3! A bright and cozy one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and large bathroom. Enjoy easy access to all areas of Omaha or stay in and relax in an apartment all to yourself! Includes wifi access and activities for all ages! Perfect for both those who enjoy a quiet neighborhood as well as those that enjoy being close to the bustling city life.

This apartment is in a historic home so you will have your usual quirks that come with an older home.

Property Details: Please note, there are stairs leading up to the house and up to the apartment.

This one bedroom apartment is a mixture of old architecture and modern updates. It is an upstairs apartment with two other units in the building (one across the hall and another downstairs). All three units have their own locked door so you will not be bothered by anyone else during your stay.

Street parking in front of the house is available to all guests. The street becomes "one-way" during school pick up and drop off and other than that is always pretty quiet.

Quirky and convenient

Loved the vintage charm and didn’t mind climbing the stairs at all. Convenient and quick to get to Charles Schwab stadium and plenty of good eats.

Quiet and cozy

Worked great for our short stay in Omaha. Easy access. Lots of stairs, but we are able so it was fine. Quiet neighborhood and good location in the city. A bit warm so we had to constantly run the window A/C units, but can’t control the weather! Thanks!

Quick getaway

It was a fun stay! We stayed in a cooked dinner one night which was fun. Some of the dishes had some old food stains on them but for the most part, the place was really clean and well stocked. Neighbors were a little loud during the day but respected quiet hours.

Hosts contacted me to get some details. They communicated expectations as well as keys etc. While there the place was great. Anything needed was provided for. It was safe and clean and we felt at home during our stay.

Small but workable for a short stay for 1-2 people.

This is a good stay for a short trip to Omaha! Close to lots of things and downtown. Clean and quiet while being in a neighborhood. Several steps so if you have sore knees, this might be a bit of a a challenge!

More than expected

Property was exactly as described, but so much more! There were things I forgot that were available for us to use at the property. It was a nice little home away from home. Would definitely recommend for a fun little place to stay because it’s close to downtown Omaha and the Zoo.

Loved it!

This is an adorable little apartment! The owner has thought of everything you might need! It was very clean! I never once felt unsafe there. There’s quite a few steep steps going up to it, which wasn’t a big deal for us, but it might be for some. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Clean comfortable stay just 15 minutes from downtown.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, looked as advertised/pictured. Prompt communications with owner. Flight of stairs up from the street was a bit of a surprise, the sturdy railing was good to have. Wifi worked well.

Nice upstairs apartment in Omaha.

Very quick trip so we were in late and out early, but it was everything we needed. Right in Omaha. Not a large apartment which is clear from the description. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our brief stay and would rent again.

Great for the price!

Nice and clean and the AC was on when I got there which was appreciated and thoughtful. Instructions were easy to follow to get the keys. There are quite a lot of stairs which was fine for me but I'd keep that in mind if you generally have issues with climbing stairs. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of attention to detail in room preparation.

Don't do it.

We did not stay - the pictures do absolutely no justice to the place. It smelled terrible and we simply could not stay. We did not feel safe staying. The floors were bowed and the entry door to apartment was so poorly sealed that light shone through. We ended up getting a motel room instead. So disappointed.

Bed Bugs

Sadly there were bed bugs that I found when I arrived so I didn’t stay. I contacted VRBO customer service and have been working with them regarding this. The area is not super great and the property is in a very old building with its quirks. There is street parking but you have to walk up a very long stair case to even get to the house. Overall extremely disappointed and had to pay for a hotel last minute.

Cute, clean and convenient!

Over all the stay was wonderful! You can tell that the owners have thought about the things someone/a family needs day to day, from spices and kitchen items to lots of hooks(I have stayed in places with no hooks… they matter!) and bathroom essentials. A/C units in the windows were a nice thing to have since our weather went from 60 to 80 to 40. The only note I will leave others who are looking to stay here is 1: the price is great! 2: there are several stares, our apartment was located on the second floor of a house that is up a hill, so you park and have to climb stares to get to the front door. Then another flight inside … We didn’t mind but thought it was worth mentioning. Again we truly loved this place, its location is out of the chaos but close enough to be convenient. And you can’t beat the price!

Not safe for kids.

Great communication up to check in. No issue with host, just not a “quiet, nice neighborhood” as described. Walked in to loud music from unit one, walked upstairs to yelling from unit 2. Went into unit 3 and within moments of shutting the thin door decided it was not a secure place to spend the night with my husband and toddler. We ended up booking a hotel room. It looks nice, but very sketchy neighborhood and this was even in the daylight. If you’re a grown man just looking for a bed then may be ok. If there were quiet neighbors might have changed our minds but just didn’t feel safe or secure enough to spend the night with our little one. Book with caution.
