Townhouse private floor

**The property is occupied by a friend right now, but I try to update the calendar the longer she stays, and will remove this notice when she is gone.**

The rental is in a 3 story townhouse off Hillcrest right above 635, which is-- if you are not familiar with Dallas-- less than 5 mi from the Galleria; less than 10 mi downtown; 8 miles to Love Field airport and 20 mi to DFW airport. The Prestonwood neighborhood that surrounds us to the north is filled with multi-million dollar homes, and there are some rental properties to the south and east. You would have a garage for your car if you have one, and your room and bath are the only rooms on the first floor. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, study and additional bath. $1,500 including security, all utilities and bills (local TV and streaming services, internet). $500 damage deposit refundable upon move out. 30 day notice request to move out. Lease / contract 30 days minimum. No pets, please.

I am the owner (female in my 30s) and my space is on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor kitchen, dining and living area are shared.

Garage: The garage is abnormally small, and only a small to midsize sedan or crossover will fit. A full-size SUV or truck will not fit. Any vehicle over 193 inches long will not fit, and there is no wiggle room in that measurement!
