Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the space includes a fully stocked chef's kitchen, a living room filled with natural light from a disappearing patio door, and blackout curtains for privacy. The covered patio overlooks a private yard, ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or soaking in the California sun.
Centrally located, you're just steps from Abbot Kinney's trendy boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, and minutes from Venice Beach's vibrant culture. The bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed and luxurious linens, offers a restful retreat. A new electronic standing desk, monitor, and office chair create an ideal setup for remote work or video calls.
Please note that the driveway is shared with the backhouse, and tenants use it to access their front door.

Venice Beach is one of Los Angeles' most pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly areas, perfect for exploring. Cyclists can enjoy a scenic ride to Malibu or explore the hidden routes through Marina Del Rey, extending all the way to Redondo Beach. All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
