A 2-3 bedroom/1 bath apartment fully furnished with many amenities fit for small families of all ages to get together and have a great time . Includes: AC., Washer/ dryer, full kitchen, mini kid's swimming pool, - on an acre in a wooded country setting! A. great, safe, place for a family getaway close to the Tennessee River, with many State Parks, mountains, caves, waterfalls, ie: white water tubing down the Occoee River, the Winnepeg waterpark & many other attractions ie: museums, an aquarium, a zoo, and watersports - including camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, boating, and a splash pool!! In addition - there are lots of historic, cultural, and Modern innovations to enjoy- the gigantic , outdoor Hamilton Mall,, for lots of great shopping and International crusine! It is NOT a big metropolis- great Safe Getaway!

I have only 3 bedrooms /1 bath apartment with a total of 3 double beds, two queens, and a small and large sofa to fit a maximum of 7 persons.

Each addition person above 7 would cost an additional $25 per night per person except an addition of 1 infant and 1 child under 5yrs.

Any additional guest will need their own blow up mattress and linen. A crib would be need for any infant.

Listing needs to be pulled, mold, rust , and exposed electrical outlets everywhere!

Communication was horrible. Host didn't know it was still listed, un livable!

Nice family stay

It was a nice family place to stay.. plenty of room for the kids.. we didn't have a TV but that was ok we played board games on the porch with the beautiful view... it's not a 5 star place but the lady made sure we had all we needed.. no complaints.. we got the family time we where looking for.. Mrs Reese was very nice.

Nice lady terrible place to stay

The conditions of this place were horrible. The beds were mattresses on the floor. It looked like it was pieced together. The A/C stopped working and as long as nobody was going to die, that was fine with VBRO and the owner. In July. We reserved an updated condo downtown. They cancelled the day before we left to there. Vrbo thought days inn would be good enough for my family. If you get cancelled then your stuck. We managed but we had to move in the middle of our vacation. Not fun. Vrbo was more worried about how much money they made then my family and their reservations. Honoring commitments.

I am a 72 years old christian bi- lingual ( in Spanish) lady originally from the US Virgin Islands- A Paradise in the Caribbean 80 miles from Puerto Rico-! My 3 US Virgin Islands is a melting pot of may different peoples and we have over 33 beautiful beaches there - and Magens Bay is 1 of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the World! We are also close to the British Virgin Islands and many other Caribbean islands and cays! I have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren and many other kin. I like traveling, camping, singing hymns, cooking, gardening, swimming, and meeting people! . I would like to provide a place for families to come and enjoy The many State parks, mountainous Terrain, Watersports, and other sights in the Chattanooga, Tn,/ Georgia region !

It is in a beautiful, quiet, safe, wooded country setting surrounded by mountains and 1 mile from a 700 acre Natural Healing center Known as Wildwood LIfestyle Center! It has many greenhouses and farms that sells fresh, organic produce in their health food store & herb shop! It also offers many healing techniques ie: massage, hydrotherapy and Natural healing Vs drugs to reverse many major health diseases! Walmart/ downtown is only 3-7 miles away! There are many tourists attractions for all ages
with lots of caves, waterfalls, & State parks with lakes for camping, hiking, biking, a splash pool and water sports on the Tennessee River! There are also lots of scenic, historic, sports & cultural events with The gigantic Hamilton shopping mall to drive around outside. for miles!

I am in walking distance to the state line of Chattanooga, Tn where all the major shopping and tourist attractions are located -within a radius of 8-10 miles ! There are many historic , cultural, educational , and natural outdoor attractions to visit throughout both Georgia and Tennessee! We have the Hamilton outdoor huge Mall, 3 major hospitals, lots of fun things for all ages in a mid-size city Vs a metropolis! there is a natural healing center only 1 mile way for most common health diseases!
My home is on an acre -in a safe, quiet, wooded country setting surrounded by mountains , fir trees, and greenery where one can hear the birds chirping! my duplex 2-3 bdr apt and or separate studio apt is basically simple, clean, functional, spacious, fully furnished withl wji-fi and affordable!
