The property’s sprawling grounds are perfect for gathering together, with a lush green hybrid Bermuda lawn and expansive back patio. Fire up the BBQ in your own backyard, or go for a swim in the private solar-heated pool. The pool is surrounded by childproof safety fencing.
Set on a secluded lot adjacent to an avocado orchard, farms, and a tree nursery, the home is a short walk from fresh produce at the local seasonal farmstand. Plus, the area has many popular wedding venues.
ABOUT THE HOME
A wood-burning fireplace adds warm ambience in the family room area, where a sofa and armchairs seat eight. Settle in for movie nights on the 55” flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. Just off this area is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
The formal living room area features warm wood tones, a wood-burning fireplace, and seating for six. Catch up over cocktails, or play a tune on the baby grand piano.
Whip up family meals in the all-white kitchen, featuring a breakfast table for six and center island seating for two. Gather at the 10-person dining table, or get cooking in the home’s outdoor kitchen with prep sink, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas grill. The expansive patio offers plenty of space to dine alfresco.
The backyard is also equipped with a half bath and an outdoor shower.
Drift to sleep in five spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed. Select a book from the library, or catch shows on the 32” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms each offer two twin beds and share a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
The fifth bedroom features a queen-size bed and handsome wood furnishings.
There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination between the fourth and fifth bedrooms.

Driveway parking is available for four vehicles, with two additional spaces reserved on the street. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
Please note there is a detached building/Exercise room in the backyard that the homeowner may utilize during your stay. The entrance door to the building is outside of the rented guest area and not visible.
This property is conveniently located next to the highway; road noise may be heard during your stay.
The solar-heated pool is available, but cold during the winter months. We recently added childproof fencing around the swimming pool. A 12’x 14’ cedar gazebo provides shade near the pool.
For safety reasons, the upstairs balcony is unavailable to guests and cannot be accessed.
