Come and enjoy a pleasant stay at "Alamanda", a 62 square meter apartment in Lyon's chic 6th arrondissement. Located on the 9th and top floor of a 1950s building.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall with a wall painted in a vegetation style, leading to the living room, dining room and open kitchen on the left, and to the night area and bathroom on the right.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. A central island with all necessary utensils.
- The living room with sofa, butterfly armchair, TV, wifi and dining area with table seating 4.
- A balcony accessible from the kitchen gives a superb unobstructed view of Lyon and the beautiful towers of the Part-Dieu district.
- A very spacious first bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a dressing room divided into two sections and a television.
- A second bedroom with a 180*200 king-size bed, a large closet and a closet.
- A bathroom with vintage furniture, basin, walk-in shower and bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
- For your comfort, air conditioning is present in the living room and bedrooms.

Neighborhood:
- Just a stone's throw from the Parc de la tête d'or, where you can enjoy the zoo, the vegetation and, for the more sporty, a 4 km jogging track.
- A superb district renowned for its restaurants, its many bakeries, pastry shops, cheese makers, butchers, pork butchers, fishmongers, delicatessens... and the Halles Paul Bocuse.
- Avenue de Saxe and Cours Vitton with its many clothing boutiques.

Transportation:
- 5-minute walk from the Foch metro station (line A), which takes you to the heart of the Presqu'île in less than 5 minutes.
- Part - Dieu train station, 15/20 minutes by metro (line A and B) or bus (38: stop rue Garibaldi / Tronchet).
- Saint-Exupery airport, 30 minutes by Rhône express, departing from gare part-dieu.
- Pay-and-display street parking available.

- This place can accommodate 4 people, perfect for a family on a medium-term business trip.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
