Surf Doctor - Beautiful 3/2 - Steps to the Beach!

If you are feeling sick of your day-to-day, and are looking for a beachside vacation spot, look no further! Surf Doctor will have you rested and relaxed in no time. Less than a minute from the water, this Palm Beach home is sure to provide sandy fun for the whole group.

This home features board games, outdoor games, books, and movies to keep everyone entertained. There is also a highchair provided for any little ones in the family! Spend time soaking in the partial water views from the main deck or move to the screened in balcony off the master bedroom for some light beach breezes.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome at Surf Doctor and has a limit of two (2) dogs with a combined max weight of 50lbs and with an additional $100 non-refundable fee required per dog. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.

The ground level has a picnic area, charcoal grill and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water for when your beach days come to a close. There is a ground floor entrance to the home that leads to a stairwell lined with books and games.
Upstairs features a large deck with a partial water view and seating areas. Through the upstairs entrance, to the right you will find the open-concept kitchen and living room. The living has more board games, a Roku TV, and a second TV for DVD, and HDMI devices. To the left of the entrance is the breakfast bar off the kitchen, as well as the main dining table. To the right of the living room, you will find a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), and another bedroom containing a queen-size bed. There is also a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Off the dining area is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, no tub. There is a lovely screened in balcony off the master bedroom with lots of seating. The washer and dryer are in the closet of the master bathroom.
