This new residence, steeped in character, has been carefully converted into three separate flats, offering its residents privacy and tranquillity, while still being just 300m from the beach.

Located on the ground floor of the house, "ENEZ HIR" is a spacious T4 flat designed for your comfort and well-being.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the warm atmosphere that reigns in this large living room. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals while keeping in touch with friends and family in the adjoining living room.

The three spacious bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for all guests. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

The large bathroom is equipped with two basins, a walk-in shower and a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience to all travellers.

Outside, enjoy outdoor living on the large wooden terrace, where you can relax and enjoy al fresco meals in complete privacy. The small garden also offers a green space where children can play in complete safety.

Are you a larger group? Rent one or two T2 flats on the first floor in addition, and you'll be able to accommodate 10 or even 14 people!

Located just 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Treompan, "ENEZ CARN" offers easy access to the pleasures of the sea. Lovers of swimming, beach walks and water sports will be delighted by this proximity. For walkers, the GR34 long-distance footpath crosses the dune, so is also less than 300m from the accommodation.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the naval museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
