This spacious apartment overlooks a courtyard on both sides.

Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed (well insulated from light for sleeping) ;

- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's outing.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is close to a number of local shops.
Yann's patisserie is at the foot of the building for some sweet treats.

There are plenty of great restaurants of various specialties along the canal. Here are my favorites:
- Le Floréal (typical and very good brasserie) ;
- Le Dauphiné (great atmosphere, counter service);
- Chateaubriand (unique, blind gourmet menu).

The area is popular with locals and tourists alike. It is also well served by public transport.

## Emplacement
Paris's 10th arrondissement has become a popular area on the Right Bank, where many students share large, old Haussmann-style apartments, and where theaters, cafés and restaurants are always busy. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville, as well as Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything, and is therefore within easy reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bike. What's more, both the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, major and popular transit hubs, are located in the 10th arrondissement, ensuring a continuous population mix.
